Claims (6)
- - 솔레노이드 밸브(10)가 아마추어(23)용 가이드 슬리브(21)를 포함하고,-상기 가이드 슬리브(21)는 환형 스텝(27)에 의해 확대되고, 상기 환형 스텝은 가이드 슬리브(21)의 실린더형 외부 벽(28)으로 부터 거의 방사 방향으로 출발하는 정면 벽(29)을 가지고,- 상기 가이드 슬리브(21)로 고정 부시(43)가 밀려지고, 상기 고정 부시는 적합하게 가이드 슬리브(21)의 외부 벽(28), 환형 스텝(27)의 정면 벽(29) 및 외부 벽(28)과 정면 벽(29) 사이의 원형 채널에 밀착되고,- 상기 가이드 슬리브(21)와 고정 부시(43)는 밸브 블록(11)의 하나의 보어(14) 내에 수용되고,- 상기 고정 부시(43)는 유체 밀봉식 코킹(53)에 의해 밸브 블록(11)에 연결되는 특징들을 포함하는밸브 블록(11) 내에 배치된 특히 미끄럼 조절된 유압식 차량 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드 밸브(10)에 있어서,- 상기 고정 부시(43)는 프레스 핏에 의해 가이드 슬리브(21)의 외부 벽(28)에 고정되고,- 상기 고정 부시(43)는 가이드 슬리브(21)의 채널(30)에 할당된, 순환 에지(44)를 포함하고, 상기 순환 에지는 필릿(r)으로 끝나고, 상기 필릿은 채널(30)의 필릿(R)보다 작고,- 상기 가이드 슬리브(21)에 조립된 고정 부시(43)에서 에지(44)의 필릿(r)은 에지(44)의 소성 변형에 의해 채널(30)의 필릿(R)에 최소한 근사하게 매칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 환형 스텝(27)에 이어지는 가이드 슬리브(21)의 중공 실린더형 섹션(31)에 단지형 밸브 슬리브(33)가 프레스-인 되어 에지 연결부(40)에 의해 가이드 슬리브(21)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 밸브 슬리브(33)는 가이드 슬리브(21)의 벽 세기에 비해 더 큰 벽 세기를 가진 디프 드로잉 부품으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 밸브 슬리브(33)는 외부측 및 바닥측에서 유체 전달 관통부(39,36)를 포함하고, 상기 관통부 중에서 바닥측 관통부(36)는 스탬핑에 의해 발생된 시이트 밸브(38)의 밸브 시이트(37)로 연결되고, 상기 시이트 밸브는 아마추어(23)에 의해 스위칭될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 2항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 2 개의 관통부(36,39) 사이에 놓인 외부 섹션(35)을 포함하는 상기 밸브 슬리브(33)는 프레스 핏에 의해 유체 밀봉적으로 보어 단(46)에 이어지는 밸브 블록(11)의 보어(14)의 섹션(47) 내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 가이드 슬리브(21)의 섹션(31)에 필터 슬리브(41)가 설치되고, 상기 필터 슬리브는 고정 부시(43)와 보어 단(46) 사이에 연장되고, 밸브 슬리브(33)의 외부측 관통부(39)를 커버링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
