Description
請求項1の特徴部に記載の特徴を有する本発明による燃料噴射弁、すなわち、一方の構成部分パートナのプレス領域を起点として、まず凹設された領域が、その後に半径方向でさらに外側に向かって突出したプレスリップが、前記一方の構成部分パートナの外側輪郭に続いていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁は、特に簡単な方法で廉価に製造可能であるという利点を有している。本発明によれば、燃料噴射弁の少なくとも2つの金属製の構成部分の固いプレス結合部は、圧入過程時における接合パートナ同士の互いに沿った滑動時に発生し得る摩耗チップが、確実かつ信頼性よく引き留められ、一方の接合パートナの外側輪郭において凹設された領域とプレスリップとによって生じた中空室内に捕集されることにより優れている。こうして、フラッシングまたは手間のかかる別の清浄化を不要にすることができる。凹設された領域に形成された中空室内に捕集された摩耗チップは、確実に保管されていて、したがって燃料噴射弁の別の領域に達して、そこで機能を損なう恐れはなくなる。
本発明による手段を分かりやすくするために、以下に、図1につき、公知先行技術による燃料噴射弁を、その基本的な構成ユニットと共に説明する。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に用いられる燃料噴射弁であって、弁長手方向軸線(10)と、弁座体(15)に設けられた弁座面(16)と協働する弁閉鎖体(19)を操作するための励磁可能なアクチュエータ(1,2,17)と、少なくとも1つの噴射開口(27)と、プレスによって互いに結合されている複数の金属製の構成部分とが設けられており、少なくとも一方の構成部分パートナが、そのプレス領域(a,b,c,a’,b’,c’)に環状に延びている溝(61)を有する構造体を有しており、かつ/またはそれぞれのプレス領域(a,b,c,a’,b’,c’)が、隣接した構成部分区分への少なくとも1つの移行部に導入丸み成形部(59)を有していることにより、燃料噴射弁の少なくとも2つの金属製の構成部分(2,5,6,44)のプレス結合部が特徴付けられている形式のものにおいて、
一方の構成部分パートナの、溝(61)を有するプレス領域(b,b’)を起点として、圧入方向とは反対に見て、まず凹設された領域(64)と、その後に続く、半径方向でさらに外側に向かって突出したプレスリップ(65)とが、前記一方の構成部分パートナの外側輪郭に続いていることを特徴とする、内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に用いられる燃料噴射弁。 - 凹設された領域(64)が、アンダカット状に成形されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プレス領域(b,b’)から凹設された領域(64)への移行部と、凹設された領域(64)からプレスリップ(65)への移行部とが、丸み成形されているか、面取り部に似て斜めに延びているか、または段状に延びている、請求項1または2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プレスリップ(65)の外径が、プレス領域(b,b’)の外径に相当しているか、またはプレスリップ(65)の外径とプレス領域(b,b’)の外径とが、互いに異なっている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 肉薄の弁スリーブ(6)が設けられており、該弁スリーブ(6)内に、接続管(44)および/またはコア(2)が圧入されてプレス嵌めされており、かつ/または該弁スリーブ(6)に弁周壁(5)が押し被せられてプレス嵌めされている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プレス結合部によって互いに結合された金属製の構成部分パートナが、特殊鋼、たとえば軟磁性のクロム鋼から成っている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つの導入丸み成形部(59)が、曲率半径を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記曲率半径は、前記移行部が0.5°〜1.2°の角度を有していることに相当する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
