Abstract
Description
これに対して、請求項1に記載の特徴を有する本発明による噴射弁は、様々な利点を有している。これにより、腐食を防止する、若しくは摩擦を低減する層を設けられた、水と接触する面は、特に化学的な腐食及び摩擦による摩耗に基づく化学的若しくは機械的な腐食に対して、効果的かつ長期にわたって保護されている。
Claims (16)
- 特に燃料電池のガス流内へ水を噴射するための噴射弁(1)であって、弁ニードル(19)が設けられており、該弁ニードル(19)が、噴射側の終端部に弁閉鎖体(21)を有しており、該弁閉鎖体(21)が、弁座体(29)に形成された弁座面(20)と、シール座の形で協働するようになっており、該シール座の下流に少なくとも1つの噴射開口(7)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、噴射弁(1)の、水と接触する面の少なくとも一部が、腐食を防止する、かつ/又は摩擦を低減する層(33)により被覆されていることを特徴とする、特に燃料電池のガス流内へ水を噴射するための噴射弁(1)。
- 腐食を防止する、かつ/又は摩擦を低減する層(33)が、1つ又は複数の層から成っている、請求項1記載の噴射弁。
- 水と接触する接合結合部、特に溶接継ぎ目(31)に、腐食を防止する、かつ/又は摩擦を低減する層(33)が被覆されている、請求項1又は2記載の噴射弁。
- 水と接触する案内及び潤滑面(11,22)が、少なくとも部分的に、腐食を防止する、かつ/又は摩擦を低減する層(33)により被覆されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 腐食を防止する、かつ/又は摩擦を低減する層(33)が、電気めっき法により被着されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 腐食を防止する、かつ/又は摩擦を低減する層(33)が、物理的な方法、特に物理蒸着法により被着されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 腐食を防止する、かつ/又は摩擦を低減する層(33)が、化学的な方法、特に化学蒸着法により被着されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 腐食を防止する、かつ/又は摩擦を低減する層(33)が、テフロンをベースとする潤滑用ラッカー、硫黄ベースの材料、特に二硫化モリブデンMoS2、炭素、キシラン、窒化チタンTiN及び/又は炭素混合物、特にPTEEから成っている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 特に燃料電池のガス流内へ水を噴射するための噴射弁(1)であって、弁ニードル(19)が設けられており、該弁ニードル(19)が、噴射側の終端部に球状の閉鎖体(21)を有しており、該弁閉鎖体(21)が、弁座体(29)に形成された弁座面(20)と、シール座の形で協働し、該シール座の下流側に少なくとも1つの噴射開口(7)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、弁閉鎖体(21)が、シール座の領域に環状の溝(13)を有しており、該溝(13)内に、環状の弾性的なシールリング(14)が挿入されていることを特徴とする、特に燃料電池のガス流内へ水を噴射するための噴射弁(1)。
- 環状のシールリング(14)が、少なくとも部分的にエラストマより成っている、請求項9記載の噴射弁。
- 特に燃料電池のガス流内へ水を噴射するための噴射弁(1)を形成する方法であって、弁ニードル(19)が設けられており、該弁ニードル(19)が、噴射側の終端部に弁閉鎖体(21)を有しており、該弁閉鎖体(21)が、弁座体(29)に形成された弁座面(20)と、シール座の形で協働するようになっており、該シール座の下流に噴射開口(24)が設けられている形式の方法において、次の方法ステップを用いる、すなわち、
・弁ニードル(19)と弁閉鎖体(21)との間に接合結合部(31)を形成し、
・接合された構成部材(19,21)を位置決めし、
・調量装置(24)を配属し、
・腐食を防止する、若しくは摩擦を低減する層(33)を形成する材料を、調量装置(24)により接合結合部(31)に被着する、
ステップを用いることを特徴とする、特に燃料電池のガス流内に水を噴射するための噴射弁(1)を製造する方法。 - 接合結合部(31)を、溶接又ははんだ付けにより形成する、請求項11記載の方法。
- 調量装置により、腐食を防止する、若しくは摩擦を低減する層(33)を形成する材料を、カニューレ(24)を介して接合結合部(31)に被着する、請求項11又は12記載の方法。
- カニューレ(24)を、スリーブの形で形成された弁ニードル(19)内へ、閉鎖体(21)の向かい側に位置している開口(32)を介して接合結合部(31)に配属する、請求項13記載の方法。
- 後処理のために弁ニードル(19)及び弁閉鎖体(21)を遠心分離し、該弁閉鎖体(21)が、外側に位置し、かつ弁ニードル(19)が内側に位置しているようにする、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 後処理を熱処理、特に熱硬化により行う、請求項15記載の方法。
