Claims (3)
- 内孔に配置されたニードルバルブを電子制御によって上下動させて、ノズルの噴射口を開閉し燃料ガスを噴霧するインジェクションノズルにおいて、
前記ニードルバルブの基部が結晶金属からなるとともに、少なくともその先端部側には中空部が設けてあり、
前記ニードルバルブの先端部が金属ガラスからなるとともに、その基部側には前記中空部と同径の凹部が設けてあり、
前記ニードルバルブが前記基部に前記先端部をビーム照射による溶接によって接合したものである
ことを特徴とするインジェクションノズル。 - 前記金属ガラスが、(Zr41Be23Ti14Cu12Ni10) または、(Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30)の組成を有するZr基の金属ガラスからなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインジェクションノズル。 - 前記基部の先端側の周囲に切欠空間を形成するとともに、前記基部と前記先端部の当接面より先端側に照射位置をシフトしてビーム照射を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のインジェクションノズル。
