Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載の、燃料噴射弁を製造するための方法ならびに請求項5の上位概念部に記載の燃料噴射弁に関する。
請求項1の特徴部に記載の特徴を有する、燃料噴射弁を製造するための本発明による方法には、たとえば自動二輪車における狭められたスペース事情のための低い構成高さを有する燃料噴射弁が特に簡単かつ廉価に製造可能となるという利点がある。請求項5の特徴部に記載の特徴を有する本発明による燃料噴射弁は、噴射弁の固有の機能部分において、軸方向可動の弁部分の行程ならびに動的流量および静的流量に関して既に完全に調節を完了した状態で提供されるので、噴射弁の接続部分に設けられた、弁長手方向軸線との整合位置から偏倚した、折り曲げられた燃料流入管片をあとから組み付ける際に、この組付けを固い結合によって問題なく行うことができるという特別な利点が得られる。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。図1は弁長手方向軸線に対して一列に整合するように延びるトップフィード式の燃料供給部を備えた、公知先行技術による燃料噴射弁を示す縦断面図であり、図2はホース接続手段と、同じく弁長手方向軸線に対して一列に整合した燃料供給部とを備えた燃料流入管片を示す断面図であり、図3はホース接続手段と、弁長手方向軸線に対して約90゜だけ折り曲げられた燃料供給部とを備えた燃料流入管片を示す断面図である。
図2および図3につき、燃料噴射弁を製造するための本発明による方法の方法ステップを説明する前に、図1につき、「トップフィード式燃料噴射弁」として形成されている公知先行技術の燃料噴射弁の基本的構造について詳しく説明する。
Claims (5)
- 弁長手方向軸線(10)と、燃料流入管片(41)と、弁長手方向軸線(10)に沿って軸方向に運動可能でかつ弁座ボディ(15)に設けられた弁座(16)と協働する弁閉鎖体(19)と、弁座(16)の下流側に設けられた少なくとも1つの噴射開口(27)と、肉薄な弁スリーブ(6)とを有する、内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に用いられる燃料噴射弁において、燃料流入管片(41)が、流入開口(60)から出発して弁長手方向軸線(10)に対して0゜よりも大きくかつ90゜よりも小さいかまたは90゜に等しい角度(α)を成して延びて、最終的に弁長手方向軸線(10)に沿って成端しており、燃料流入管片(41)が、肉薄な金属製の管(44)により形成されており、該管(44)が、プラスチックから成るベースボディ(42)内に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれており、肉薄な前記管(44)が、前記弁スリーブ(6)に固く結合されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 流入開口(60)が、弁長手方向軸線(10)に対して平行に延びる平面を形成している、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- ベースボディ(42)が、主として燃料流入管片(41)の、弁長手方向軸線(10)に対して平行に延びる区分(63)だけを取り囲んでいる、請求項1または2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 燃料流入管片(41)の上流側の端部が、鋸歯に類似したプロファイル(61)を備えている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 燃料流入管片(41)の肉薄な前記管(44)が、弁スリーブ(6)に溶接によって固定されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
