Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL E VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL". A invenção refere-se a uma válvula de injeção de combustível com um eixo longitudinal da válvula (10), com um tubo de entrada de combustível (41), com um corpo de fechamento da válvula, que pode ser movimentado axialmente ao longo do eixo longitudinal da válvula (10), e que atua em conjunto com uma sede da válvula prevista em um corpo de fechamento da válvula e com, pelo menos, uma abertura de injeção a jusante da sede da válvula. O tubo de entrada de combustível (41), constituído de um tubo (44) de parede fina, iniciando por uma abertura de entrada (60) com uma seção (62) a montante, passa sob um ângulo (<244>) em relação ao eixo longitudinal da válvula (10), que é maior que 0<198> e menor/ igual a 90<198>. Com sua seção (63) a jusante, o tubo de entrada de combustível (41), finalmente, termina no eixo longitudinal da válvula (10). A válvula de injeção de combustível é apropriada, em particular, para o emprego em sistemas de injeção de combustível de máquinas de combustão interna de compressão mista com ignição externa.
