Claims (5)
- 반응기 튜브의 내경에 비해 작은 외경을 가지는 수많은 튜브 섹션을 반응기 튜브의 길이에 상응하는 최종 튜브 길이로 연결하여 장입 튜브를 제공하는 단계;많은 양의 촉매 입자를 반응기 튜브내로 장입시키기위해 장입 튜브의 맨 위에서 도입시켜, 그 촉매 입자들이 장입 튜브내에 제동 수단을 제공함으로써 제동 된 움직임으로, 장입 튜브를 통과하도록 하는 단계; 그리고반응기 튜브로 장입되는 촉매 입자의 장입 높이에 상응하는 길이로 장입 튜브를 반응기 튜브로 부터 연속적으로 회수하는 단계(여기에서, 제동 수단은 나선형 물체를 각 튜브 섹션의 내벽에 설치하여 제공되고, 나선형 물체는 임의의 모양의 단면을 가지고, 그 단면의 어느 방향으로든 최대 치수가 튜브 섹션 지름의 1/25 - 1/2 인 로드로 부터 형성되고,각 섹션 내의 나선형 물체는 튜브 섹션의 지름에 관해, 2-8의 간격으로, 피치를 가진다)를 포함하는 입상 촉매 재료를 반응기 튜브안으로 장입시키는 방법.
- 반응기 튜브안으로 들어 맞는 튜브 지름을 가지는 장입 튜브;깔때기 유닛에 연결되도록 개조된 장입 튜브의 맨 윗 부분, 및 반응기 튜브로 부터 장입 튜브를 회수하기 위한 리프팅 수단이 있는 장입 튜브의 바닥 부분;서로 연결될 때, 장입 튜브로 조립되도록 개조된 연결 수단이 각각 있는 별개의 튜브 섹션들로 구성된 장입 튜브;장입 튜브를 통과하는 촉매입자의 속도를 감속시키기 위한 제동 수단이 있는 적어도 하나의 튜브섹션(여기에서, 제동 수단은 나선형 물체를 각 튜브 섹션의 내벽에 설치하여 제공되고, 나선형 물체는 임의의 모양의 단면을 가지고, 그 단면의 어느 방향으로든 최대 치수가 튜브 섹션 지름의 1/25 - 1/2 인 로드로 부터 형성되고,각 섹션 내의 나선형 물체는 튜브 섹션의 지름에 관해, 2-8의 간격으로, 피치를 가진다)을 포함하는 제 1 항에 따르는 장입 방법에 사용하기 위한 장입 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 튜브 섹션을 연결하기 위한 수단은 외부 슬라이딩 부재로 둘러싸인 튜브 섹션의 말단에 서로 맞물리는 노치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장입 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 나선형 물체의 단면은 직사각형, 원형 또는 정사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장입 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 깔때기 유닛은 진동기의 도움으로 기계화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장입 장치.
