Description
Claims (11)
- チューブ内に固体粒子を分配するローディングツールであって、
中心部材と、
前記中心部材に沿って配置される複数の略同一のダンパ部材と、
を備え、
前記ダンパ部材の各々が、前記中心部材から略90度で少なくとも2つの相対する方向に外側へ延びる少なくとも2つの硬質で互いに反対向きのアームを含み、前記ダンパ部材の各々が隣接のダンパ部材とは回転が異なり、前記アームの各々が、前記中心部材から遠位側にて自由端を形成するように終端する、ローディングツール。 - 前記アームの各々が、その先端から最大90度の角度で延びるクロスアームを更に含む請求項1に記載のローディングツール。
- チューブ内に固体粒子を分配する方法であって、
ローディングツールを前記チューブの内部に配置するステップであり、前記ローディングツールが、中心部材と、前記中心部材に連結される複数の略同一のダンパ部材とを有し、前記ダンパ部材の各々が前記中心部材から略90度で少なくとも2つの相対する方向に外側へ延びる少なくとも2つの硬質のアームを含み、前記ダンパ部材の各々が隣接のダンパ部材とは回転が異なる、ステップと、
前記チューブに前記固体粒子を充填し、前記固体粒子を前記複数のダンパ部材の少なくとも一部に接触させるステップと、
前記ローディングツールを前記チューブから取り外すステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記固体粒子を前記チューブに充満させるときに前記ローディングツールを取り外す請求項3に記載の方法。
- チューブに粒子を充填するローディングツールであって、
補強中心部材と、
前記補強中心部材から形成される複数のスパイラル形状部と、
を備え、
前記スパイラル形状部の各々とそれに隣り合うスパイラル形状部とは異なる外径を有し、前記ローディングツールが前記チューブの中心線と略同軸の中心線を有し、前記複数のスパイラル形状部が、前記複数のスパイラル形状部の長さにわたって一方向に沿って直径が増減する、ローディングツール。 - 前記複数のスパイラル形状部が、前記補強部材から形成され且つ前記補強部材に連結されるとともに、前記チューブの上端と下端との間で延びている請求項5に記載のローディングツール。
- チューブに固体粒子を分配する方法であって、
ローディングツールを前記チューブの内部に配置するステップであり、前記ローディングツールが、中心部材と、前記中心部材から形成される様々な直径の複数のスパイラル形状部とを有し、前記スパイラル形状部が前記チューブの明らかな径方向部分をカバーするステップと、
前記チューブに前記固体粒子を充填し、前記固体粒子を前記複数のスパイラル形状部の少なくとも一部と接触させるステップと、
前記固体粒子を前記チューブに充満させるときに前記ローディングツールを前記チューブから取り外すステップと、
センサを利用して、前記中心部材の第1の部分に前記中心部材の第2の部分の位置を通信するステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記中心部材の前記第2の部分は、前記中心部材の最下端に配置される請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記中心部材の前記第1の部分は、前記中心部材の上部に配置される請求項8に記載の方法。
- 触媒チューブ内に挿入して、ペレットの前記触媒チューブでのローディングを促進するローディング装置であって、
前記触媒チューブの上端から下端へ向けて長手方向に垂直に延びる単一部材を備え、
前記単一部材が、複数の繰り返し形状部を形成し、前記繰り返し形状部の各々が、一定の中心線を含むとともに所定の寸法を径方向に有し、径方向にて隣接の繰り返し形状部とは回転が異なり、前記繰り返し形状部が、Z字状に形成され、前記単一部材がZ字の平行部分同士間に配置されるZ字の相互連結部により、長手方向に延びている、ローディング装置。 - 前記繰り返し形状部が単一の補強部材から形成される請求項10に記載の装置。
