Description
Claims (5)
- 固体粒子をチューブ内に分配する装置であって、
中心部材と、
前記中心部材に接続された複数のダンパー部材と
を備え、
前記複数のダンパー部材が、前記チューブの縦方向の長さに沿って周方向全体をカバーするよう前記中心部材に配列され、前記ダンパー部材自体が前記チューブの断面積全体を実質的にカバーするものではない、装置。 - 固体粒子をチューブ内に分配する方法であって、
中心部材および前記中心部材に接続された複数のダンパー部材を有する装填ツールを前記チューブの内部に配置するステップと、
前記チューブに前記固体粒子を充填するステップであり、前記固体粒子が前記複数のダンパー部材に接触するようになっているステップと、
前記固体粒子が前記チューブを満たすときに前記チューブから前記装填ツールを取り出すステップと
を含み、
前記複数のダンパー部材が、前記チューブの縦方向の長さに沿って周方向全体をカバーするように前記中心部材に配列され、前記ダンパー部材自体が前記チューブの断面積全体を実質的にカバーするものではない、方法。 - 固体粒子をチューブ内に分配する方法であって、
中心部材および前記中心部材に接続された複数のダンパー部材を有する装填ツールを前記チューブの内部に配置するステップと、
前記チューブに前記固体粒子を充填するステップであり、前記固体粒子が前記複数のダンパー部材に接触するようになっているステップと、
前記固体粒子が前記チューブを満たすときに前記チューブから前記装填ツールを取り出すステップと、
前記中心部材の第2の部分の位置を前記中心部材の第1の部分に伝えるためにセンサを利用するステップと
を含み、
前記複数のダンパー部材が、前記チューブの縦方向の長さに沿って周方向全体をカバーするように前記中心部材に配列され、前記ダンパー部材自体が前記チューブの断面積全体を実質的にカバーするものではない、方法。 - 前記中心部材の前記第2の部分が前記中心部材の最下端に配置されている、請求項3に記載の固体粒子をチューブ内に分配する方法。
- 前記中心部材の前記第1の部分が前記中心部材の上部に配置されている、請求項3に記載の固体粒子をチューブ内に分配する方法。
