Description
Claims (28)
- 固体粒子をチューブ(10)内に分配する装置であって、
中心部材(22)と、
前記中心部材(22)に接続された複数のダンパー部材(24)と
を備え、
前記複数のダンパー部材(24)のそれぞれが、前記チューブ(10)の内面に向かって前記中心部材(22)から離れる半径方向に延びるループを形成しており、
前記複数のダンパー部材(24)のそれぞれは、前記中心部材(22)のまわりに長手部材(32)を取り付ける固定部分(30)を含んでおり、前記長手部材(32)は前記ループを形成するよう反転して前記固定部分(30)の一部を貫通している、装置。 - 固体粒子をチューブ(10)内に分配する方法であって、
中心部材(22)と、前記中心部材(22)に接続された複数のダンパー部材(24)とを有する装填ツール(20)を前記チューブ(10)の内部に配置するステップであり、前記複数のダンパー部材(24)のそれぞれが、前記チューブ(10)の内面に向かって前記中心部材(22)から離れる半径方向に延びるループを形成しており、前記複数のダンパー部材(24)のそれぞれは、前記中心部材(22)のまわりに長手部材(32)を取り付ける固定部分(30)を含んでおり、前記長手部材(32)は前記ループを形成するよう反転して前記固定部分(30)の一部を貫通しているステップと、
前記チューブ(10)に前記固体粒子を充填するステップであり、前記固体粒子が前記複数のダンパー部材(24)の少なくとも一つに接触するようになっているステップと、
前記固体粒子が前記チューブ(10)を満たすときに前記チューブ(10)から前記装填ツール(20)を取り出すステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記中心部材(22)の第2の部分の位置を前記中心部材(22)の第1の部分に伝えるためにセンサを利用するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の固体粒子をチューブ(10)内に分配する方法。
- 前記中心部材(22)の前記第2の部分が前記中心部材(22)の最下端に配置されている、請求項3に記載の固体粒子をチューブ(10)内に分配する方法。
- 前記中心部材(22)の前記第1の部分が前記中心部材(22)の上部に配置されている、請求項3に記載の固体粒子をチューブ(10)内に分配する方法。
- 前記装填ツール(20)が前記チューブ(10)から取り出される際に前記中心部材(22)を複数部分に分割するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の固体粒子をチューブ(10)内に分配する方法。
- 前記装填ツール(20)が前記チューブ(10)から取り出される際に、前記中心部材(22)におけるシャックル付きアイレットにて前記中心部材(22)を複数部分に分割するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の固体粒子をチューブ(10)内に分配する方法。
- 前記中心部材(22)がワイヤからなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中心部材(22)がチェーンからなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中心部材(22)がロッドからなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のダンパー部材(24)がプラスチックから作られている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ダンパー部材(24)の少なくとも一つは、その両側に隣接するダンパー部材(24)とは周方向の位置がずれている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループの大きさは、異なる大きさの固体粒子の分配に対応するよう調整可能となっている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ループは、前記中心部材(22)の縦軸に対して実質的に左右方向の位置を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のダンパー部材(24)は、前記チューブ(10)の縦方向の長さに沿って周方向全体をカバーするよう前記中心部材(22)に配列されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のダンパー部材(24)のそれぞれが、前記中心部材(22)に沿って互いに軸方向に離隔されている、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記ループが、前記中心部材(22)の実質的に一つの180度半径範囲で半径方向に延びており、もって前記ダンパー部材(24)自体が前記チューブ(10)の断面積全体を実質的にカバーするものではないようになっている、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記中心部材(22)がワイヤからなる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記中心部材(22)がチェーンからなる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記中心部材(22)がロッドからなる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のダンパー部材(24)がプラスチックから作られている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記装填ツール(20)を取り出す前記ステップは、触媒充填シーケンス中に前記装填ツール(20)を取り出すことなく、触媒充填シーケンスと次の触媒充填シーケンスとの間に前記装填ツール(20)を引き上げることを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ダンパー部材(24)の少なくとも一つは、その両側に隣接するダンパー部材(24)とは周方向の位置がずれている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ループの大きさは、異なる大きさの固体粒子の分配に対応するよう調整可能となっている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ループは、前記中心部材(22)の縦軸に対して実質的に左右方向の位置を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のダンパー部材(24)は、前記チューブ(10)の縦方向の長さに沿って周方向全体をカバーするよう前記中心部材(22)に配列されている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のダンパー部材(24)のそれぞれが、前記中心部材(22)に沿って互いに軸方向に離隔されている、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記ループが、前記中心部材(22)の実質的に一つの180度半径範囲で半径方向に延びており、もって前記ダンパー部材(24)自体が前記チューブ(10)の断面積全体を実質的にカバーするものではないようになっている、請求項27に記載の方法。
