Claims (8)
- 알루미늄 연선도체를 절연피복한 배전케이블과 그 단부에 접속용 단자가 접합된 배전어셈블리로서,상기 연선도체가 도전률 50% IACS 이상인 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금에 의해 구성되며,상기 연선도체에 접속된 상기 접속단자가 금속으로 구성되며, 상기 알루미늄연선과 상기 접속단자는 초음파진동을 부가한 압접에 의해 접합되어 있는 배전어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속의 접속단자가 신장률 20% 이상의 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금에 의해 구성되어 있는 배전어셈블리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연선도체를 구성하는 알루미늄 합금이,Zr : 0.03 ∼ 0.4wt%, Fe : 0.05 ∼ 0.2wt%,Si : 0.05 ∼ 0.2wt%를 포함하며,또한 Be, Sr, Mg, Ti, V 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 합하여 0.003 ∼ 0.05wt% 포함하며,나머지가 Al 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 배전어셈블리.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단자를 구성하는 알루미늄 합금이,Zr : 0.03 ∼ 0.4wt%, Si : 0.05 ∼ 0.15wt% 포함하며,나머지가 Al 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 배전어셈블리.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단자를 구성하는 알루미늄 합금이,Mg : 0.3 ∼ 1.8wt%, Si : 0.15 ∼ 1.5wt%,Fe : 0.1 ∼ 1.0wt%, Cu : 0.05 ∼ 0.5wt%를 포함하며또한 Mn, Cr, Ti 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 합하여 0.03 ∼ 0.6wt% 포함하며나머지가 Al 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 배전어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단자의 표면에 Ni 또는 Ni를 주성분으로 하는 합금이 5㎛ 이하의 두께로 피복되어 있는 배전어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배전어셈블리의 외주에 전자실드작용이 있는 금속층과 이 금속층의 외주에 절연피복층을 더 구비한 배전어셈블리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전자실드작용이 있는 금속층은 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 망상체로 구성된 배전어셈블리.
