Abstract
【解決手段】端子付き電線1は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる芯線11を被覆12で覆った電線10と、芯線11を露出させた電線10の端部に圧着接続された銅または銅合金からなる端子金具20と、を備える。端子付き電線1の端子金具20は、他の部材との電気的接続部を除く部位に、アルミニウムよりもイオン化傾向が大きい犠牲層51が設けられている。

Description
(1) アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる芯線を被覆で覆った電線と、前記芯線を露出させた前記電線の端部に圧着接続された銅または銅合金からなる端子金具と、を備えた端子付き電線であって、
前記端子金具は、
他の部材との電気的接続部を除く部位に、アルミニウムよりもイオン化傾向が大きい犠牲層が設けられている
ことを特徴とする端子付き電線。
(2) 前記犠牲層は、亜鉛からなるめっき層である
ことを特徴とする(1)に記載の端子付き電線。
(3) 前記犠牲層は、前記端子金具に設けられて前記芯線に加締められる導体圧着部の前記芯線と反対側の面に形成されている
ことを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載の端子付き電線。
上記(2)の構成の端子付き電線では、端子金具における他の部材との電気的接続部を除く部位に亜鉛めっきを施すことで、端子金具に容易に犠牲層を形成することができる。
上記(3)の構成の端子付き電線では、導体圧着部を加締めて芯線に圧着させることで、芯線の近傍に犠牲層を配置させ、芯線の腐食を効果的に抑制することができる。
図1は、本実施形態に係る端子付き電線の斜視図である。
図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る端子付き電線1は、電線10と、端子金具20とを備えている。電線10には、その端部に端子金具20が圧着されて電気的に接続されている。端子付き電線1は、例えば、自動車等の車両に配索されるワイヤハーネスを構成する。
図2に示すように、電線接続部41には、載置面41aに芯線11を露出させた電線10の端部が配置された状態で、一対の導体圧着部45が両側から加締められている。これにより、電線10は、その芯線11に、導体圧着部45が圧着されて電気的に接続されている。
図3に示すように、端子金具20の母材20aは、その表裏面に錫めっき層50を有している。さらに、端子金具20は、電線接続部41に犠牲層51を有している。この犠牲層51は、導体圧着部45における芯線11と接触する内面側と反対の外面に設けられており、錫めっき層50に重ねて形成されている。これにより、電線接続部41に接続された電線10の芯線11の近傍に犠牲層51が配置されている。この犠牲層51は、アルミニウムよりもイオン化傾向が大きい卑金属からなるもので、本例では、亜鉛(Zn)のめっき層からなる。この犠牲層51の厚さは、10μm〜20μm程度とされている。このように、犠牲層51は、端子金具20における接続相手の端子金具や電線10の芯線11などの他の部材との電気的接続部を除く部位に設けられる。

- アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる芯線を被覆で覆った電線と、前記芯線を露出させた前記電線の端部に圧着接続された銅または銅合金からなる端子金具と、を備えた端子付き電線であって、

他の部材との電気的接続部を除く部位に、アルミニウムよりもイオン化傾向が大きい犠牲層が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする端子付き電線。 - 前記犠牲層は、亜鉛からなるめっき層である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記犠牲層は、前記端子金具に設けられて前記芯線に加締められる導体圧着部の前記芯線と反対側の面に形成されている、
