(1)
電線と、前記電線に取り付けられる端子金具と、を備えた端子付き電線であって、
前記端子金具は、
前記電線から露出した導体芯線に圧着されるバレル部と、
相手側端子に接続されることになる接点部と、を備え、
前記バレル部は、
前記電線の被覆体に加締められる基端部と、前記基端部から離れて前記導体芯線に電気的に接続されるように加締められる先端部と、を有し、
前記先端部における基端側開口部に前記電線の被覆体が入り込み、前記基端側開口部において前記被覆体と前記導体芯線とが一纏めに加締められ、前記基端部と前記先端部との間において前記導体芯線が前記被覆体によって外部から隔離され、
前記導体芯線の末端部が前記バレル部の先端側開口部から露出して前記バレル部から離れる向きに延び、
前記導体芯線と前記端子金具とは、互いに異なる金属材料から構成されている、
端子付き電線であること。

上記(1)に記載の端子付き電線において、
前記バレル部は、
前記先端部の前記基端側開口部に、前記被覆体を視認可能であるように前記先端部を厚さ方向に貫通した箇所を有する、
端子付き電線であること。
更に、導体芯線の端末がバレル部から露出しているため、上述したガルバニック腐食によって導体芯線が腐食する場合、バレル部から露出している端末がバレル部に覆われている部分よりも優先的に腐食することになる。即ち、導体芯線の端末から徐々に腐食が進行するため、バレル部から露出している導体芯線の分だけ、バレル部に覆われている部分の腐食を遅延させられる。換言すると、バレル部から露出した導体芯線を犠牲的に腐食させることにより、バレル部と導体芯線との接触箇所(バレル部の内側の導体芯線)の腐食を抑制できる。
以下、図面を参照しながら、電線10に本発明の実施形態に係る端子金具20を取り付けた端子付き電線1について説明する。以下、説明の便宜上、端子金具20の軸方向(嵌合方向)において、相手側端子(図示省略)が嵌合する側(図1、図2及び図3において左側)を先端側(前方側)とし、その反対側(図1、図2及び図3において右側)を基端側(後方側)と称呼する。また、図1、図2及び図3において上側及び下側をそれぞれ、上側及び下側と称呼する。
なお、本発明は上記各実施形態に限定されることはなく、本発明の範囲内において種々の変形例を採用することができる。例えば、本発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、適宜、変形、改良、等が可能である。その他、上述した実施形態における各構成要素の材質、形状、寸法、数、配置箇所、等は本発明を達成できるものであれば任意であり、限定されない。

前記端子金具(20)は、
前記電線(10)から露出した導体芯線(11)に圧着されるバレル部(41)と、
相手側端子に接続されることになる接点部(31)と、を備え、
前記バレル部(41)は、
前記電線(10)の被覆体(12)に加締められる基端部(46,47)と、前記基端部(46,47)から離れて前記導体芯線(11)に電気的に接続されるように加締められる先端部(45)と、を有し、
前記先端部(45)における基端側開口部(45a)に前記電線(10)の被覆体(12)が入り込み、前記基端側開口部(45a)において前記被覆体(12)と前記導体芯線(11)とが一纏めに加締められ、前記基端部(46,47)と前記先端部(45)との間において前記導体芯線(11)が前記被覆体(12)によって外部から隔離されている、
端子付き電線(1)。

上記(1)に記載の端子付き電線(1)において、
前記バレル部(41)は、
前記先端部(45)の前記基端側開口部(45a)に、前記被覆体(12)を視認可能であるように前記先端部(45)を厚さ方向に貫通した箇所(45b)を有する、

上記(1)又は上記(2)に記載の端子付き電線(1)において、
前記導体芯線(11)の末端部(11a)が前記バレル部(41)の先端側開口部から露出して前記バレル部(41)から離れる向きに延びている、

- 電線と、前記電線に取り付けられる端子金具と、を備えた端子付き電線であって、
前記端子金具は、
前記電線から露出した導体芯線に圧着されるバレル部と、
相手側端子に接続されることになる接点部と、を備え、
前記バレル部は、
前記電線の被覆体に加締められる基端部と、前記基端部から離れて前記導体芯線に電気的に接続されるように加締められる先端部と、を有し、
前記先端部における基端側開口部に前記電線の被覆体が入り込み、前記基端側開口部において前記被覆体と前記導体芯線とが一纏めに加締められ、前記基端部と前記先端部との間において前記導体芯線が前記被覆体によって外部から隔離され、
前記導体芯線の末端部が前記バレル部の先端側開口部から露出して前記バレル部から離れる向きに延び、
前記導体芯線と前記端子金具とは、互いに異なる金属材料から構成されている、
端子付き電線。 - 請求項1に記載の端子付き電線において、
前記バレル部は、
