Claims (12)
- Ba, Ti 및 Zr의 산화물이 Ba(Ti1-xZrx)O3(단, Ti1-xZrx에서의 x는 0.05≤x≤0.26)으로 환산하여 100mol%, Re(Re는 Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Y에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상)의 산화물이 Re2O3으로 환산하여 0.25 내지 1.5mol%, Mg의 산화물이 MgO로 환산하여 0.1 내지 0.4mol%, Mn, V 및 Cr에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산화물이 각각 Mn2O3, V2O5, Cr2O3으로 환산하여 0.03 내지 0.6mol%, Mo 및/또는 W의 산화물이 각각 MoO3, WO3으로 환산하여 0.02 내지 0.3mol%의 비율로 함유되고, 또한 SiO2또는 SiO2를 포함하는 유리 성분이 소정의 비율로 함유되어 있는 소결체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리 성분이 Li2O-BaO-TiO2-SiO2로 표현되는 조성물로 이루어지고, 상기 조성물이 0.05 내지 1.0wt%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리 성분이 B2O3-SiO2-MO(단, MO는 BaO, SrO, CaO, MgO 및 ZnO에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산화물)로 표현되고, B2O3과 SiO2와 MO의 조성 범위가 이들 조성을 몰%로 나타내는 삼각도에 있어서의 상기 B2O3이 1몰%, 상기 SiO2가 80몰%, 상기 MO가 19몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 1의 점(A)과, 상기 B2O3이 1몰%, 상기 SiO2가 39몰%, 상기 MO가 60몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 2의 점(B)과, 상기 B2O3이 29몰%, 상기 SiO2가 1몰%, 상기 MO가 70몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 3의 점(C)과, 상기 B2O3이 90몰%, 상기 SiO2가 1몰%, 상기 MO가 9몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 4의 점(D)과, 상기 B2O3이 90몰%, 상기 SiO2가 9몰%, 상기 MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 5의 점(E)과, 상기 B2O3이 19몰%, 상기 SiO2가 80몰%, 상기 MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 6의 점(F)을 이 순서대로 연결하는 6개의 직선으로 둘러싸인 범위 내에 있는 조성물로 이루어지고, 해당 조성물이 0.05 내지 5.0wt%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 SiO2가 0.20 내지 4.0mol%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유리 성분이 Li2O-SiO2-MO(단, MO는 BaO, SrO, CaO, MgO 및 ZnO에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산화물)로 표현되고, Li2O와 SiO2와 MO의 조성 범위가 이들 조성을 몰%로 나타내는 삼각도에 있어서의 상기 Li2O가 1몰%, 상기 SiO2가 94몰%, 상기 MO가 5몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 7의 점(G)과, 상기 Li2O가 1몰%, 상기 SiO2가 79몰%, 상기 MO가 20몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 8의 점(H)과, 상기 Li2O가 19몰%, 상기 SiO2가 1몰%, 상기 MO가 80몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 9의 점(I)과, 상기 Li2O가 89몰%, 상기 SiO2가 1몰%, 상기 MO가 10몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 10의 점(J)과, 상기 Li2O가 90몰%, 상기 SiO2가 9몰%, 상기 MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 11의 점(K)과, 상기 Li2O가 5몰%, 상기 SiO2가 94몰%, 상기 MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 12의 점(L)을 이 순서대로 연결하는 6개의 직선으로 둘러싸인 범위 내에 있는 조성물로 이루어지고, 해당 조성물이 0.05 내지 5.0wt%의 비율로 함유되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Fe, Ni 및 Cu에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산화물이 상기 Mn, V, Cr의 산화물과의 합계에서, 각각 FeO, NiO, CuO, Mn2O3, V2O5, Cr2O3으로 환산하여 0.04 내지 1.0mol%의 범위로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는유전체 자기 조성물.
- 유전체 자기 조성물로 이루어지는 1 또는 2 이상의 유전체 자기층과,이 유전체 자기층을 사이에 두고 있는 적어도 2 이상의 내부 전극을 구비하고, 상기 유전체 자기 조성물이 Ba, Ti 및 Zr의 산화물이 Ba(Ti1-xZrx)O3(단, Ti1-xZrx에서의 x는 0.05≤x≤0.26)으로 환산하여 100mol%, Re(Re는 Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Y에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상)의 산화물이 Re2O3으로 환산하여 0.25 내지 1.5mol%, Mg의 산화물이 MgO로 환산하여 0.1 내지 0.4mol%, Mn, V 및 Cr에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산화물이 각각 Mn2O3, V2O5, Cr2O3으로 환산하여0.03 내지 0.6mol%, Mo 및/또는 W의 산화물이 각각 MoO3, WO3으로 환산하여 0.02 내지 0.3mol%의 비율로 함유되고, 또한 SiO2또는 SiO2를 포함하는 유리 성분이 소정의 비율로 함유되어 있는 소결체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는자기 콘덴서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유리 성분이 Li2O-BaO-TiO2-SiO2로 표현되는 조성물로 이루어지고, 상기 조성물이 0.05 내지 1.0wt%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는자기 콘덴서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유리 성분이 B2O3-SiO2-MO(단, MO는 BaO, SrO, CaO, MgO 및 ZnO에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산화물)로 표현되고, B2O3과 SiO2와 MO의 조성 범위가 이들 조성을 몰%로 나타내는 삼각도에 있어서의 상기 B2O3이 1몰%, 상기 SiO2가 80몰%, 상기 MO가 19몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 1의 점(A)과, 상기 B2O3이 1몰%, 상기 SiO2가 39몰%, 상기 MO가 60몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 2의 점(B)과, 상기 B2O3이29몰%, 상기 SiO2가 1몰%, 상기 MO가 70몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 3의 점(C)과, 상기 B2O3이 90몰%, 상기 SiO2가 1몰%, 상기 MO가 9몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 4의 점(D)과, 상기 B2O3이 90몰%, 상기 SiO2가 9몰%, 상기 MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 5의 점(E)과, 상기 B2O3이 19몰%, 상기 SiO2가 80몰%, 상기 MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 6의 점(F)을 이 순서대로 연결하는 6개의 직선으로 둘러싸인 범위 내에 있는 조성물로 이루어지고, 해당 조성물이 0.05 내지 5wt%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는자기 콘덴서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 SiO2가 0.20 내지 4.0mol%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는자기 콘덴서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유리 성분이 Li2O-SiO2-MO(단, MO는 BaO, SrO, CaO, MgO 및 ZnO에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산화물)로 표현되고, Li2O와 SiO2와 MO의 조성 범위가 이들 조성을 몰%로 나타내는 삼각도에 있어서의 상기 Li2O가 1몰%, 상기 SiO2가 94몰%, 상기 MO가 5몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 7의 점(G)과, 상기 Li2O가 1몰%, 상기 SiO2가 19몰%, 상기 MO가 80몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 8의 점(H)과, 상기 Li2O가 19몰%, 상기 SiO2가 1몰%, 상기 MO가 80몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 9의 점(I)과, 상기 Li2O가 89몰%, 상기 SiO2가 1몰%, 상기 MO가 10몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 10의 점(J)과, 상기 Li2O가 90몰%, 상기 SiO2가 9몰%, 상기 MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 11의 점(K)과, 상기 Li2O가 5몰%, 상기 SiO2가 94몰%, 상기 MO가 1몰%의 조성을 나타내는 제 12의 점(L)을 이 순서대로 연결하는 6개의 직선으로 둘러싸인 범위 내에 있는 조성물로 이루어지고, 해당 조성물이 0.05 내지 5.0wt%의 비율로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는자기 콘덴서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 유전체 자기 조성물 중에 Fe, Ni 및 Cu에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 산화물이 상기 Mn, V, Cr의 산화물과의 합계로, 각각 FeO, NiO, CuO, Mn2O3, V2O5, Cr2O3으로 환산하여 0.04 내지 1.0mol%의 범위로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는자기 콘덴서.
