Claims (8)
- 기복의 폭이 제1 기복(21)보다 조밀한 제2 기복(22) 세트가 파단되어 형성된 제1 기복(21)의 릿지부(21b)의 서브세트를 갖고, 나사형상으로 울퉁불퉁한 제1 기복(21) 세트가 내부에 절삭되고 그 위에 분무막(11)을 형성하는 원통면(3)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부에 예비분무 가공처리된 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서,제2 기복(22) 세트가 울퉁불퉁하게 형성된 원통면(3)의 총면적은 제1 기복(21) 세트가 울퉁불퉁하게 형성된 원통면(3)의 총면적의 40% 내지 60% 내의 비율(H)을 점유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부에 예비분무 가공처리된 실린더.
- 기복의 폭이 제1 기복(21)보다 조밀한 제2 기복(22) 세트가 파단되어 형성된 제1 기복(21)의 릿지부(21b)의 서브세트를 갖고, 나사형상으로 울퉁불퉁한 제1 기복(21) 세트가 내부에 절삭되고 그 위에 분무막(11)을 형성하는 원통면(3)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 내부 예비분무 가공처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,절삭칩(20)이, 제2 기복(22) 세트의 서브세트을 형성하기 위해 미리 설정된 방향으로 임의의 제1 기복(21)의 홈부(21a)를 떨어져나가고, 임의의 제1 기복(21)의 릿지부(21b)에서 파단되도록 절삭하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 내부 예비분무 가공처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 원통면(3)의 축방향(Du)으로 절삭 공구(7)를 이송시키는 단계와, 상기 절삭 공구(7)를 회전시켜 상기 제2 기복(22) 세트에 의해 파단되어 형성된 릿지부(21b)를 가지는 원통면(3)의 제1 기복(21) 세트를 절삭하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 내부 예비 분무 가공처리 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 기복(21) 세트의 기복의 폭이 0.3mm 이하인 이송 피치(P), 원통면(3)으로부터 1.0mm 이하인 절삭 깊이(D), 및 상기 절삭 깊이(D)의 20% 내지 75% 이내인 중첩 깊이(D1)를 가지도록 상기 절삭 공구(7)를 제어하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 내부 예비분무 가공처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,임의의 제1 기복(21)의 홈부(21a)를 절삭하고, 연관된 제1 기복(21)의 릿지부(21b)의 상부(9e)를 절삭하지 않고, 홈부(21a)에서 떨어져나간 절삭칩(20)을 가지며, 상기 릿지부(21b)의 상기 상부(9e)를 찢어 함께 운반하며 상기 릿지부(21b)의 잔류부에 형성된 상기 제2 기복(22) 세트의 서브세트을 갖도록 절삭하는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 내부 예비분무 가공처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,임의의 제1 기복(21)의 릿지부(21b)의 일측 및 홈부(21a)를 절삭하고, 상기 상부(9e)와 일체로 절삭칩(20)을 갖도록 상기 릿지부(21b)의 상부(9e)를 절삭하지 않으며, 상기 홈부(21a)에서 떨어져나가는 절삭칩(20)을 만들고, 상기 릿지부(21b)의 잔류부로부터 상기 상부(9e)를 찢어, 상기 잔류부에 형성된 상기 제2 기복(22) 세트의 서브세트를 갖도록 절삭하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더 내부 예비분무 가공처리 방법.
