Claims (10)
- a) 제 1 단계에서, 하기 구조식 (II)의 2-(1-클로로-사이클로프로프-1-일)-2-(2'-클로로벤질)-옥시란을, 먼저 경우에 따라 아세토니트릴과의 혼합물로서 방향족 탄화수소의 존재하에서 하이드라진 하이드레이트와 반응시킨 후, 염화수소를 도입하거나, 혼합물을 수성 염산으로 추출하고,b) 제 2 단계에서, 상기 제 1 단계에서 생성된 하기 구조식 (III)의 2-(1-클로로-사이클로프로프-1-일)-3-(2-클로로페닐)-2-하이드록시프로필-1-하이드라진 하이드로클로라이드를 물의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 저급 알콜과의 혼합물로서 방향족 탄화수소의 존재하에 또는 알킬 알킬카복실레이트의 존재하에서 알칼리 금속 하이드록사이드와 반응시킨 후, 계속해서 물의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 저급 알콜과의 혼합물로서 방향족 탄화수소의 존재하에 또는 알킬 알킬카복실레이트의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 촉매의 존재하에서 포름알데하이드 및 하기 일반식 (IV)의 티오시아네이트와 반응시키며,c) 제 3 단계에서, 상기 제 2 단계에서 생성된 하기 구조식 (V)의 2-(1-클로로-사이클로프로프-1-일)-1-(2-클로로페닐)-2-하이드록시-3-(1,2,4-트리아졸리딘-5-티오노-1-일)-프로판을 수성 염산의 존재하 및 불활성 유기 희석제의 존재하에서 염화철(III)과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 구조식 (I)의 2-(1-클로로-사이클로프로프-1-일)-1-(2-클로로페닐)-3-(4,5-디하이드로-1,2,4-트리아졸-5-티오노-1-일)-프로판-2-올을 제조하는 방법:상기 식에서,X는 소듐, 포타슘 또는 암모늄을 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계를 수행하기 위해 사용된 희석제가 아세토니트릴과 혼합된 톨루엔임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계를 수행하기 위해 사용된 중화제가 수산화나트륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계를 수행하기 위해 사용된 희석제가 에틸 아세테이트, 또는 에탄올과 혼합된 톨루엔임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계를 수행하기 위해 사용된 포름알데하이드가 포르말린 용액 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계를 수행하기 위해 사용된 반응 성분 및 촉매가 각각 소듐 티오시아네이트 및 황산수소나트륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 3 단계를 수행하기 위해 사용된 희석제가 에틸 아세테이트, 에탄올 또는 톨루엔과 에탄올의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계가 20 내지 150 ℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계가 0 내지 30 ℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 3 단계가 0 내지 100 ℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
