Claims (47)

- (i) CD40에 면역 특이적으로 결합하고, (ii) CD40 리간드의 CD40에 대한 결합을 45% 이상 증가시키고, (iii) ATCC에 기탁되고 양도된 수탁번호 PTA-110의 하이브리도마에 의해 분비되는 고유 단일클론 항체 S2C6에 비해 하나 이상의 치환 또는 결실을 1차 아미노산 서열에 포함하는, 서열번호: 2, 서열번호: 3, 서열번호: 4, 서열번호: 7, 서열번호: 8, 서열번호: 9 또는 서열번호: 10을 포함하는 분자를, 암의 치료 또는 예방 유효량으로 환자에게 투여함을 포함하는, 상기 환자의 암 치료 또는 예방 방법.
