インビトロにおけるHIV患者に対する抗CD40.LIPO5 HIVペプチドワクチン試験。αCD40.LIPO5 HIVペプチド融合組換え抗体(αCD40.LIPO5 rAb)が抗原提示を媒介する能力を研究するために、融合rAbは、HIVに感染した個人に由来する血液細胞に追加し、末梢血単核細胞(PBMC)からのサイトカイン産生を測定した。

- xが、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、又は19であり、かつAgが、PLによって隔てられる異なる癌抗原に由来する2又は3以上の癌ペプチドを含む、請求項1〜6いずれかに記載の融合タンパク質。

- 以下のステップを含む、腫瘍関連抗原特異的T細胞の作製方法。
癌患者から単離された末梢血単核細胞(PBMC)を提供するステップ;
前記単離されたPBMCを、免疫原性量のαCD40−(PL−Ag)x又はαCD40−(Ag−PL)xワクチンと接触させるステップであって、Agは、腫瘍関連抗原であり、且つxは、整数1〜20であり、
