Claims (5)
- 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,제1 기판;제2 기판;상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 끼워 넣어진 액정층;상기 제1 기판의 액정층 측 표면 상에 설치된 복수개의 반사 전극 -상기 복수개의 반사 전극의 각각은 비디오 신호가 공급되도록 구성됨-; 및상기 복수개의 반사 전극의 아래에 설치된 복수개의 차광 도전막-상기 복수개의 차광막과 상기 복수개의 반사 전극 사이에는 절연층이 개재됨-,을 포함하며,상기 복수개의 차광막 각각은 상기 복수개의 반사 전극 중의 대응하는 반사 전극에 전기적으로 접속되며,상기 복수개의 차광막 각각은, 상기 복수개의 반사 전극 중의 상기 대응하는 반사 전극과, 상기 복수개의 반사 전극 중 상기 대응하는 반사 전극에 인접한 반사 전극 사이의 간격의 적어도 일부를 덮도록 설치되는액정 표시 장치.
- 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,구동 회로 기판;투명 기판;상기 구동 회로 기판과 상기 투명 기판 사이에 끼워 넣어진 액정층;상기 구동 회로 기판의 액정층 측 표면 상에 설치된 복수개의 반사 전극;상기 복수개의 반사 전극의 아래에 설치된 복수개의 반도체 스위칭 소자 -상기 복수개의 반도체 소자 각각은 상기 복수개의 반사 전극 중의 대응하는 전극에 신호를 공급하도록 구성됨-;상기 복수개의 반도체 스위칭 소자를 덮기 위한 제1 차광막; 및상기 복수개의 반사 전극 중의 인접하는 전극들 사이의 간격의 적어도 일부를 덮도록 각각 배치되는 복수개의 제2 차광막을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,제1 기판;제2 기판;상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이의 간격을 확립하기 위한 수지(resin)로 구성된 스페이서;수지로 구성되고, 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에 개재된 주변 프레임;상기 제1 기판, 상기 제2 기판 및 상기 주변 프레임에 의해 둘러싸인 공간에 채워진 액정 조성물;상기 제1 기판의 액정층 측 표면 상에 설치된 복수개의 반사 전극;상기 복수개의 반사 전극과 상기 주변 프레임 사이에 설치된 복수개의 더미 전극 -상기 복수개의 더미 전극 각각에는 더미 전극 신호가 공급됨-;상기 복수개의 반사 전극 아래에 설치된 복수개의 반도체 스위칭 소자 -상기 복수개의 반도체 소자 각각은 상기 복수개의 반사 전극 중의 대응하는 전극에 신호를 공급하도록 구성됨-;상기 복수개의 반도체 스위칭 소자를 덮기 위한 제1 차광막; 및상기 복수개의 반사 전극 중의 인접한 전극들간의 간격의 적어도 일부를 덮도록 각각 설치된 복수개의 제2 차광막을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 더미 전극 신호는 상기 더미 전극이 블랙 표시를 제공하도록 하는 신호인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 더미 전극 중의 하나에 인가되는 상기 더미 전극 신호의 극성은 상기 복수개의 더미 전극 중의 상기 하나에 인접한 상기 복수개의 반사 전극 중의 하나에 인가된 신호와 동기하여 반전되는 액정 표시 장치.
