Claims (32)
- 3 이상의 pH를 가지고, 적어도 하나의 반응성 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 방사선-경화성 코팅조성물을 경화함으로써 제공되는 방사선-경화성 코팅, 금속반사층 및 중합체 기재로 이루어지며, 적어도 80℃의 온도, 및 적어도 85%의 상대습도 환경에서 적어도 96시간동안 있은 후에 약 35ns 이하의 지터를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광디스크는 데이터 기록매체로서 적어도 하나의 유기염료를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 금속반사층은 은을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 유기염료는 시아닌, 아조 또는 프탈로시아닌 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,방사선-경화성 코팅조성물의 pH는 3 내지 약 10인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,방사선-경화성 코팅조성물의 pH는 약 3.5 내지 약 8.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광디스크는 중합체 기재의 적어도 일부에 위치되어 있는 은, 금 또는 혼합물을 포함하는 금속층을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 방사선-경화된 코팅은 금속층의 적어도 일부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,방사선-경화성 조성물은 산 작용기가 실질적으로 없는 접착촉진성분을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금속층은 은을 포함하며, 방사선-경화된 코팅의 박리는 코팅이 가해진후, 코팅이 경화되고, 그후 적어도 80℃의 온도 및 적어도 85%의 상대습도 환경에서 적어도 96시간동안 둔 면적의 약 15% 이하에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,경화후 방사선-경화된 코팅의 박리는 코팅이 가해진 면적의 약 10% 이하에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.

- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 광디스크는 경화후 약 8% 이하의 수축율을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광디스크는 데이터 기록매체로서 적어도 하나의 유기염료와, 은을 포함하는 금속반사층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.

- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 광디스크는 데이터 기록매체로서 적어도 하나의 유기염료와, 은을 포함하는 금속반사층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 접착조성물에 의해 서로 접착된 2개의 광디스크와 접착조성물로 이루어지며, 접착조성물과 접촉하는 각 디스크의 적어도 일부는, 3 이상의 pH를 가지고 적어도 하나의 반응성 아크릴레이트를 포함하는 방사선-경화성 코팅조성물을 경화함으로써 제공된 방사선-경화된 코팅을 포함하며, 상기 광디스크는 경화후에 약 9% 이하의 수축율을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 DVD.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,접착조성물과 접촉하는 각 디스크의 일부는 금, 은 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함하며, 상기 접착조성물은 양이온 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 DVD.
- 적어도 하나의 반응성 아크릴레이트를 포함하며, 약 3 이상의 pH를 가지며, 경화후에 약 9% 이하의 수축율과, 경화후에 약 2B 내지 약 2H의 경도를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선-경화성 코팅조성물.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 방사선-경화성 코팅은 0.25초후에 약 50 이하, 및 5초후에 약 90 이상의 %RAU를 제공할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선-경화성 코팅조성물.
- 적어도 하나의 반응성 단일작용기 아크릴레이트 및 적어도 하나의 반응성 다중작용기 아크릴레이트 적어도 약 50wt.%를 포함하며, pH가 적어도 3.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선-경화성 조성물.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,산 작용기가 실질적으로 없는 접착촉진성분을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선-경화성 조성물.
- 제 22 항 또는 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 약 9% 이하의 수축율을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선-경화성 조성물.
