Claims (3)
- 회전주방향을 따라 NS 극을 번갈아 형성하는 회전자와, 이 회전자를 둘러싼 고정자철심 및 이 고정자철심에 장착된 다상고정자권선을 가진 고정자를 구비하고, 상기 고정자철심은, 축선방향으로 연장한 슬롯이 주방향으로 소정피치로 복수형성되어있음과 동시에, 양단부를 접촉시킴으로써 원환상으로되는 축선방향으로 연장한 접촉부를 가지고 있으며, 또 상기 다상고정자권선은, 긴 소선이 상기 고정자철심의 단면측의 상기 슬롯밖에서 접혀져서, 소정 슬롯수마다 상기 슬롯내에서 슬롯 깊이 방향으로 내층과 외층이 엇갈리게 감겨진 권선을 복수 구비하고있는 교류발전기에 있어서,상기 고정자철심과 상기 권선과의 사이에는 절연부재가 개재하고 있는 교류발전기.
- 청구항 1 의 교류발전기의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 고정자철심의 슬롯에 권선을 삽입하기전에 미리 상기 권선에 절연부재를 장착하는 교류발전기의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 의 교류발전기의 제조방법에 있어서, 미리 슬롯과 권선간에 소절연부재를 배치하고, 슬롯에 권선을 삽입함으로써 절연부재를 고정자철심과 상기 권선과의 사이에 개재시키는 교류발전기의 제조방법.
