Claims (5)
- 비정질 연자성체 제조 방법은,비정질 연자성 합금의 분말, 합금의 결정화 개시 온도 보다 낮은 연화점을 갖는 유리 및 바인딩 수지를 포함하는 원료 분말을 가압하여, 수지의 바인딩 특성에 의해 예비성형체를 형성하고,예비성형체를 유리의 연화점 보다 높고, 합금의 결정화 개시 보다 낮은 온도에서 가압 없이 점화하여 합금의 입자와 유리를 결합하게 하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 연자성체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 분말에 포함된 상기 유리는 분말형인 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 연자성체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 분말에 포함된 상기 유리는 합금 입자의 표면을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 연자성체 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 분말에 포함된 상기 유리 및 바인딩 수지는 합금 입자의 표면을 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 연자성체 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 원료 분말은 합금 입자의 표면을 유리로 코팅하여 유리층을 형성하고, 상기 유리층의 표면을 바인딩 수지로 코팅하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 연자성체 제조 방법.
