Description
Claims (4)
- 最大粒径が53〜106μmであり、SiO 2 絶縁被膜を被覆したFe−Si−B系のアモルファス磁性粉末を、圧粉体密度が5.0〜6.0Mg/m3になるように圧粉成形した後、非還元性雰囲気中において400〜500℃、10〜30分間の熱処理を施すことにより作製されていることを特徴とするアモルファス圧粉磁心。
- 請求項1に記載のアモルファス圧粉磁心の形状がU字型またはE字型であり、2個のアモルファス圧粉磁心の端部を合わせて閉磁路を形成することでコアとし、このコアが2個のアモルファス圧粉磁心の合わせ面以外に空隙を有さないことを特徴とするコア。
- 請求項1に記載のアモルファス圧粉磁心であって、E字型及びI字型の形状の一組またはU字型及びT字型の形状の一組のアモルファス圧粉磁心の端部を合わせて閉磁路を形成することでコアとし、このコアが2個のアモルファス圧粉磁心の合わせ面以外に空隙を有さないことを特徴とするコア。
- 溶接機、レーザー加工機、ハイブリッド自動車、太陽光発電装置等の電源装置に搭載される大容量昇圧回路用インバータのリアクトル鉄心に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアモルファス圧粉磁心。
