Claims (32)
- (p1) 25∼50 미크론 범위의 d(v,50), 또는(p2) 25∼70 미크론 범위의 d(v,70), 또는(p3) 입자의 70부피% 이하가 50 미크론 미만인1종 또는 그 이상의 필름 형성 중합체 성분으로 구성되며, 상기한 성분이 조성물의 대부분을 구성하고, 적어도 1종의 외관 개질 첨가제 성분 및 왁스 코팅 실리카로 구성되거나 또는 알루미나와 알루미늄 하이드록사이드로 이루어지는 추가의 첨가제가 건식 혼합(dry blending)에 의해 혼입되어 있는분체 도료(powder coating) 조성물.
- 필름 형성 중합체 성분을 포함하며,ㆍ광택 감소 성분,조직감 부여 성분,금속 또는 운모 성분,착색 안료 또는 안료 농축물 성분, 또는상기한 첫 번째 필름 형성 중합체 물질과 상용성이며 그와 색상이 상이한 추가의 필름 형성 중합체 물질또는 2종 또는 그 이상의 상기한 성분, 및ㆍ알루미나와 알루미늄 하이드록사이드,왁스 코팅 실리카와 알루미나 및/또는 알루미늄 하이드록사이드,왁스 코팅 실리카로부터선택되는 추가의 첨가제가 건식 혼합에 의하여 혼입되고,여기서, 조성물의 적어도 대부분이(p1) 25∼50 미크론 범위의 d(v,50), 또는(p2) 25∼70 미크론 범위의 d(v,70) 및 8∼30 미크론 범위의 d(v,20), 또는(p3) 입자의 70부피% 이하가 50 미크론 미만인필름 형성 중합체 물질로 구성되는분체 도료 조성물.
- a) 25∼50 미크론 범위의 d(v,50) 및 60∼120 미크론 범위의 d(v,99)를 갖거나, 또는 입자의 70부피% 이하가 50 미크론 미만인 착색 필름 형성 중합체 물질,b) 1) 광택 감소 첨가제 성분,2) 조직감 부여제 성분,3) 필름 형성 중합체 물질에 결합될 수 있는 금속 또는 운모 안료,4) 착색 안료 성분, 또는5) 상기한 필름 형성 성분(a)와 상용성이며 그와는 색상이 상이하고 입자의 적어도 90부피%가 20 미크론 이하인 필름 형성 중합체 물질, 및6) 상기한 필름 형성 성분(a)와 상용성이며 그와는 색상이 상이하고, 25∼50 미크론 범위의 d(v,50) 및 60∼120 미크론 범위의 d(v,99)를 갖거나, 또는 입자의 70부피% 이하가 50 미크론 미만인 필름 형성 중합체 물질로부터선택되는 적어도 1종의 외관 개질 성분,c) (i) 알루미나와 알루미늄 하이드록사이드(ii) 알루미나와 왁스 코팅 실리카(iii) 알루미늄 하이드록사이드와 왁스 코팅 실리카(iv) 알루미나와 알루미늄 하이드록사이드 및 왁스 코팅 실리카(v) 왁스 코팅 실리카로부터선택되는 추가의 첨가제인미립자 성분들의 건식 혼합 혼합물로 구성되며,여기서 25∼50 미크론 범위의 d(v,50) 및 60∼120 미크론 범위의 d(v,99)를 갖거나, 또는 입자의 70부피% 이하가 50 미크론 미만인 필름 형성 중합체 물질을 적어도 60중량% 함유하는분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 15∼50 미크론 범위의 d(v,50) 또는 20∼70 미크론 범위의 d(v,70)을 갖는 미착색 필름 형성 중합체 물질에 결합된 금속 또는 운모 안료로 구성되는 금속 또는 안료 성분을 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 형성 중합체 물질에 결합된 금속 또는 운모 안료가 2∼40중량%로 함유되는 금속 또는 운모 안료 성분을 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 조성물이 입자 크기 (p1), (p2) 또는 (p3)인 착색 필름 형성 중합체 물질을 적어도 70중량% 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광택 감소 첨가제가 전 조성물 중량 기준으로 30중량% 이하로 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 광택 감소 첨가제의 함량이 전 조성물 중량 기준으로 20중량% 이하인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 특정한 입자 크기 (p1), (p2) 또는 (p3)의 필름 형성 중합체 물질이 산-기능성 폴리에스테르로 구성되며, 광택 감소 성분이 고기능성인 산-기능성 폴리에스테르로 구성되는 감소된 입자 크기의 미착색 필름 형성 중합체 물질로 구성되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 광택 감소 첨가제가 입자의 적어도 90부피%가 50 미크론 미만이고 평균 입자 크기가 30 미크론 미만의 입자 크기를 갖는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조직감 부여제가 전 조성물 중량 기준으로 5중량% 이하로 포함되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 또는 운모 안료가 전 조성물 중량 기준으로 10중량% 이하로 포함되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 형성 주성분과 상용성이며 입자의 적어도 90부피%가 20 미크론 이하인 착색 안료 또는 착색 필름 형성 중합체 물질이 전 조성물 중량 기준으로 5중량% 이하로 함유되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가의 첨가제 성분(c)의 양이 전 조성물 중량 기준으로 5중량% 이하로 함유되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 추가의 첨가제 성분(c)의 양이 전 조성물 중량 기준으로 2중량% 이하로 함유되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가의 첨가제 성분(c)가(i) 알루미나와 알루미늄 하이드록사이드,(ii) 알루미나와 왁스 코팅 실리카,(iii)알루미나와 알루미늄 하이드록사이드 및 왁스 코팅 실리카로부터선택되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 특정한 입자 크기 (p1), (p2) 또는 (p3)인 필름 형성 중합체 물질이 복합 입자로 이루어지는 융합 또는 결합 응집체의 형태로 된 분체이거나 또는 이러한 분체를 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 조성물의 대부분이 35∼45 미크론 범위의 d(v,50) 및 80∼100 미크론 범위의 d(v,99)를 갖는 필름 형성 중합체 물질로 구성되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 조성물의 대부분이 25∼70 미크론 범위의 d(v,70)을 갖는 필름 형성 중합체 물질로 구성되며, 여기서 추가의 첨가제(c)가 왁스 코팅 실리카로 이루어지거나 또는 이를 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제19항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 조성물의 대부분이 25∼70 미크론 범위의 d(v,70)을 갖는 필름 형성 중합체 물질로 구성되며, 여기서 상기한 조성물이 광택 감소 성분, 조직감 부여 성분, 필름 형성 중합체 물질에 결합된 금속 또는 운모 성분, 비결합 금속 또는 운모 안료(이 경우 특정된 필름 형성 중합체 물질은 복합 입자로 이루어지는 융합 또는 결합 응집체이거나 또는 이를 포함함), 착색 안료 또는 안료 농축물, 또는 상기한 조성물의 대부분을 구성하는 필름 형성 성분과 상용성이며 그와는 색상이 상이하고 입자의 적어도 90부피%가 20 미크론 이하인 필름 형성 중합체 물질, 또는 2종 또는 그 이상의 이러한 외관 개질 성분 및, 알루미나와 알루미늄 하이드록사이드를 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제20항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 조성물의 대부분이 25∼70 미크론 범위의 d(v,70)을 갖는 필름 형성 중합체 물질로 구성되며, 더 작은 크기의 필름 형성 입자로부터 형성되는 융합 또는 결합 응집체 형태의 분체이거나 또는 이를 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제21항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 조성물의 대부분이 40∼60 미크론 범위의 d(v,70) 및 15∼25 미크론 범위의 d(v,20)을 갖는 필름 형성 중합체 물질로 구성되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제22항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,광택 감소 성분 및 조직감 부여 성분,광택 감소 성분 및 금속 또는 운모 성분,조직감 부여 성분 및 금속 또는 운모 성분, 또는조직감 부여 성분 및 착색 안료를 포함하는분체 도료 조성물.

- 제24항에 있어서,ㆍ 성분 (1),(2) 및 (3)과, 선택적으로ㆍ 1종 또는 그 이상의 착색 안료 및/또는 안료 농축물(4) 및/또는 착색 필름 형성 증합체 물질(5)를 포함하는분체 도료 조성물.
- 제24항 또는 제25항에 있어서, 외관 개질 첨가제는 필름 비형성 첨가제가 필름 형성 중합체 물질에 결합되어 있는 결합 마스터뱃치의 형태인 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제24항 내지 제26항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미착색 필름 형성 중합체 성분을 포함하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 표준 광택 분체 도료 조성물 내에(1) 광택 감소 성분,(2) 조직감 부여 성분,(3) 금속 또는 운모 안료 성분,(4) 착색 안료 또는 안료 농축물 성분, 또는(5) 표준 광택 분체 도료 조성물중의 필름 형성 중합체 물질,또는 2종 또는 그 이상의 이러한 성분과,왁스 코팅 실리카로 구성되거나 또는 알루미나와 알루미늄 하이드록사이드로 이루어지는 추가의 성분을건식 혼합시키는 것으로 구성되는, 원하는 상도를 산출하기 위한 표준 광택 분체 도료 조성물의 개질 방법.
- (a) 착색 필름 형성 중합체 물질과,(b) (1) 광택 감소 성분,(2) 조직감 부여 성분,(3) 금속 또는 운모 안료 성분,(4) 착색 안료 또는 안료 농축물 성분, 또는(5) 상기 주요 필름 형성 중합체 물질과 상용성이며 그와는 색상이 다른 추가의 필름 형성 중합체 물질,또는 2종 또는 그 이상의 이러한 성분과,(c) 알루미나와 알루미늄 하이드록사이드,왁스 코팅 실리카와 알루미나 및/또는 알루미늄 하이드록사이드,왁스 코팅 실리카로부터선택되는 추가의 첨가제의미립자 성분들을 건식 혼합하는 것으로 구성되며,여기서, 상기한 조성물의 적어도 대부분이(p1) 25∼50 미크론 범위의 d(v,50), 또는(p2) 25∼70 미크론 범위의 d(v,70) 및 8∼30 미크론 범위의 d(v,20), 또는(p3) 입자의 70부피% 이하가 50 미크론 미만인필름 형성 중합체 물질로 구성되는원하는 상도 도료로의 분체 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제28항 또는 제29항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조되는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제23항중 어느 한 항 또는 제30항에 따른 조성물을 기재(基材: substrate)애 도포하고 연속적 도막을 형성하도록 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기재의 분체 도장 방법.
- 제31항에 따른 방법에 의하여 도장된 기재.
