Description
Claims (13)
- 특정한 기간 동안 물체의 표면을 보호하는 박리가능한 코팅을 형성하고 필요한 보호를 제공한 후에 벗겨질수 있는 박리가능한 코팅용 수성 조성물로서, 조성물이 분자내에 30~70℃의 높은 유리 전이 온도를 가지는 아크릴 공중합체 부분 A 및 5~-30℃의 낮은 유리 전이 온도를 가지는 아크릴 공중합체 부분 B를 포함하고 다-단계 중합 반응을 통해 형성되는 코어/셸 공중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리가능한 코팅용 수성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코어/셸 공중합체의 입자가 연속 이중상 구조를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코어가 공중합체 부분 A로 만들어지고 셸이 공중합체 부분 B로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 코어/셸 공중합체가 부분 A 및 부분 B의 총량을 기준으로 하여, 5-40wt%의 아크릴 공중합체 부분 A 및 60-95wt%의 아크릴 공중합체 부분 B를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 각 공중합체 부분이 총량의 70wt% 이상으로, 하드-중합체-제공 단량체 단위 및 소프트-중합체-제공 단량체 단위를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 아크릴 공중합체 부분 A 및 아크릴 공중합체 부분 B가 질소-함유 비닐 단량체로 형성된 단량체 단위를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 산 작용기를 가지는 비닐 단량체가 단량체의 총량을 기준으로 하여 0.2-2wt%의 양으로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 아크릴 공중합체 부분 A 또는 아크릴 공중합체 부분 B의 유탁액이 형성되는 동안 반응성 계면활성제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 조성물이 박리능-증강제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물.
- 물체로부터 쉽게 벗겨질수 있고 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 기술된 바와 같은 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물로부터 얻어지는 박리가능한 코팅 필름.
- 물체로부터 쉽게 박리될수 있고 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 기술된 바와 같은 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물로부터 얻어지는 박리가능한 코팅 필름을 가지는 물체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 기술된 바와 같은 박리가능한 코팅용 조성물로부터 얻어진 박리가능한 코팅 필름을 물체의 표면에 형성시키는 것을 포함하는 물체의 표면 보호 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 40℃ 이하에서 박리가능한 보호 코팅 필름을 형성시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물체의 표면 보호 방법.
