本发明提供一种水性可剥离涂料,由以下组分及重量份组成:水性聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂0~90%,羟甲基乙内酰脲0~10%,聚醚矽氧烷共聚物0~15%,有机硅氧烷0~8%,有机硅改性聚硅氧烷0~5%,不饱和脂肪酸戊醇铵盐0~6%,异丙醇0~20%,水0~30%,本发明所提供的一种水性可剥离涂料不含苯、甲醛、乙醇、重金属等有害物质,无毒无味,对人体无害,不污染环境,可剥离,不伤车漆,同时具有抗划擦、防酸雨、防紫外线、防沙石、防雨雪、高亮度、免维护、免烤枪加温的优点,使用起来极为方便和安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车涂料加工制作技术领域,具体涉及一种水性可剥离涂料。
背景技术
水性可剥离涂料又称水性车衣、隐身车衣等,在汽车行业具有重要的使用价值和艺术价值,该涂料喷涂于物体表面后便形成了一种透明薄膜,该薄膜具有优良的延展性能,超强的拉伸强度,可在任意弧面上表现出理想的随行性等特点,而且不影响车漆本色;可提升车漆5%-20%的光泽度,可以抵抗是有、油脂、弱碱、沙砾、酸雨等长时间对漆面的损伤,而且还能有效抗划擦、防酸雨、防紫外线、防沙石、防雨雪等优点,然而现有技术中的水性可剥离涂料往往存在一定的质量缺陷,比如:常常含有苯、甲醛等对人体有害的物质,使用起来具有很大的危险性,而且成本较高,有待进一步的改善。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足而提供一种安全、环保、无毒、无污染的水性可剥离涂料。
本发明为解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:
本发明提供一种水性可剥离涂料,由以下组分及重量份组成:
水性聚氨脂丙烯酸树脂0~90%,
羟甲基乙内酰脲0~10%,
聚醚矽氧烷共聚物0~15%,
有机硅氧烷0~8%,
有机硅改性聚硅氧烷0~5%,
不饱和脂肪酸戊醇铵盐0~6%,
异丙醇0~20%,
溶剂0~30%。
进一步地,所述溶剂为去离子水、蒸馏水中的一种或两种。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所提供的一种水性可剥离涂料不含苯、甲醛、乙醇、重金属等有害物质,无毒无味,对人体无害,不污染环境,可剥离,不伤车漆,同时具有抗划擦、防酸雨、防紫外线、防沙石、防雨雪、高亮度、免维护、免烤枪加温的优点,使用起来极为方便和安全。

具体实施方式
下面具体阐明本发明的实施方式,这些实施例的给出仅仅是为了说明的目的,并不能理解为对本发明的限定,不构成对本发明专利保护范围的限制,因为在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的基础上,可以对本发明进行许多改变。
本发明提供一种水性可剥离涂料,由以下组分及重量份组成:
水性聚氨脂丙烯酸树脂90%,
羟甲基乙内酰脲1%,
聚醚矽氧烷共聚物1%,
有机硅氧烷0.5%,
有机硅改性聚硅氧烷0.3%,
不饱和脂肪酸戊醇铵盐0.3%,
异丙醇2.9%,
去离子水5%。
本发明提供的一种水性可剥离涂料的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)对被喷涂物体表面进行清洗,并抹去水份;
(2)使用酒精擦拭被喷涂物体表面;
(3)用遮蔽胶膜将需要喷涂的部位四周遮挡,防止超范围喷涂;
(4)使用除尘布擦拭被喷涂物体表面,并往返喷涂一1~2道水性可剥离涂料;
(5)对被喷涂物体表面再次进行喷涂1~2道水性1~2可剥离涂料,
(6)所述可剥离涂料在被喷涂物体表面形成一层对被喷涂表面进行有效保护的可剥离薄膜。
本实施例中,步骤(4)中喷涂距离15~20厘米,层间间隔10分钟,勿喷出光泽。
本实施例中,步骤(5)中喷涂距离15~20厘米,层间间隔10分钟,最后一道需喷出光泽。
本发明提供的一种水性可剥离涂料使用过程中应注意:
(1)该涂料会随温度变化黏度增加,如黏度太高可添加5%纯净水,轻柔搅拌均匀后在喷涂,请勿剧烈搅拌,以防产生气泡;
(2)产品正常使用温度为25℃,避免于20℃以下35℃以上施工。以免引起桔皮、小气孔、小气泡,应避免于阴雨天,湿度80%以上施工,以免引起涂层干燥不良、流挂;
(3)如温度太低,可用热毛巾包裹罐体,或放入40℃温水中5分钟后喷涂,或使用喷枪喷涂。严禁水温超过70度(很烫,手不能放入水中)否则罐体会有变形暴裂的危险;
(4)如因灰尘或操作不当,表面有麻点或流挂、桔皮、请抛光处理,或打磨后重喷;
(5)为防止堵塞,每次使用后请及时清洗喷嘴,可通过喷涂清水5秒直到喷涂清晰,并用牙刷清除残留在喷嘴的料液。不要将任何物体插入喷嘴,否则会破坏和影响喷雾;
(6)储存温度40度以下,存储期为1年,气雾罐产品为易燃品,运输储存时需远离火源,避免日光暴晒。
对本实施例中的水性可剥离涂料进行测验结果如图1至图4所示。
由测试结果可以发现,本发明所提供的一种水性可剥离涂料完全符合国家标准,而且不含苯、甲醛、乙醇、重金属等有害物质,无毒无味,对人体无害,不污染环境,可剥离,不伤车漆,同时具有抗划擦、防酸雨、防紫外线、防沙石、防雨雪、高亮度、免维护、免烤枪加温的优点,使用起来极为方便和安全。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种水性可剥离涂料,其特征在于由以下组分及重量份组成:
水性聚氨脂丙烯酸树脂0~90%,
羟甲基乙内酰脲0~10%,
聚醚矽氧烷共聚物0~15%,
有机硅氧烷0~8%,
有机硅改性聚硅氧烷0~5%,
不饱和脂肪酸戊醇铵盐0~6%,
异丙醇0~20%,
溶剂0~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性可剥离涂料,其特征在于:所述溶剂为去离子水、蒸馏水中的一种或两种。
