Claims (19)
- 다수의 픽셀들을 구비하는 EL 디스플레이 장치로서, 각각은 EL 소자를 포함하는 EL 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,상기 EL 디스플레이 장치는 상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 의해 빛이 방출되는 시간을 제어함으로써 계조 표시를 수행하며,상기 다수의 픽셀들에 의해 디스플레이되는 색에 따라 상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 인가되는 전압이 달라지는 EL 디스플레이 장치.
- EL 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,다수의 픽셀들을 구비하고, 각각은,EL 소자,상기 EL 소자로부터의 빛 방출을 제어하기 위한 EL 구동기 TFT, 및상기 EL 구동기 TFT의 구동을 제어하기 위한 스위칭 TFT를 포함하며,여기서,상기 EL 디스플레이 장치는 상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 의해 빛이 방출되는 시간을 제어함으로써 계조 표시를 수행하고,상기 다수의 픽셀들에 의해 디스플레이되는 색에 따라 상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 인가되는 전압이 달라지고,상기 다수의 EL 구동기 TFT들은 n-채널 TFT들로 구성되며,상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 인가된 상기 전압이 더 크고, 채널의 세로 방향에서 상기 다수의 EL 구동기 TFT들의 LDD 영역의 길이가 더 긴 EL 디스플레이 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 의해 빛이 방출되는 시간은 상기 스위칭 TFT들에 입력되는 디지털 신호로 제어되는 EL 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 의해 빛이 방출되는 시간은 상기 스위칭 TFT들에 입력되는 디지털 신호로 제어되는 EL 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 의해 빛이 방출되는 시간은 상기 스위칭 TFT들에 입력되는 디지털 신호로 제어되는 EL 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 의해 빛이 방출되는 시간은 상기 스위칭 TFT들에 입력되는 디지털 신호로 제어되는 EL 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 EL 소자들에 의해 빛이 방출되는 시간은 상기 스위칭 TFT들에 입력되는 디지털 신호로 제어되는 EL 디스플레이 장치.
- 비디오 카메라, 디지털 카메라, 자동차-네비게이터, 퍼스널 컴퓨터, 및 이동 전화로 이루어져 있는 그룹으로부터 선택된 제 1 항에 따른 EL 디스플레이 장치를 구비하는 전자 장치.
