- 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체를 압출기에 공급하여, 압출기내에서의 수지용융온도를 70∼170℃의 범위로 유지하고, 상기 압출기 중에서 물을 공급하거나 또는 물을 제거하여 수분량을 조정하여, 토출 직후의 함수율이 5∼40중량%인 상기 공중합체를 압출기로부터 토출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출기내에서 카르복실산, 붕소 화합물, 인산 화합물, 알칼리 금속염 및 알칼리 토금속염 중에서 적어도 1 종의 첨가제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 아세트산 및 젖산 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 첨가제를 수용액으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출기에 공급하는 물이 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지를 세정하기 위한 물이고, 상기 세정수에 의해 상기 수지를 세정하여, 상기 세정수 주입부보다 하류인 적어도 1 개소로부터 세정수를 액체상태로 배출하여, 상기 수지의 제조시에 포함되는 비누화 촉매 잔사를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 압출기에 공급하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체에 함유되는 비누화 촉매 잔사가 알칼리 금속 이온이고, 상기 이온의 함유량이 금속환산으로 0.1∼5 중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 세정후의 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체에 함유되는 알칼리 금속이온의 함유량이 금속환산으로 0.05 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 세정물이 25℃에서의 pKa가 3.5 이상인 산수용액인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물을 제거하는 방법이 함수상태의 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지로부터 액체수 또는 수증기로서 제거하는 방법으로, 상기 압출기의 적어도 1 개소로부터 액체수 및 수증기 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 상태로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 물을 제거하는 방법이 탈수 슬릿 및 탈수구멍 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 수단을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체를 압출기에 공급할 때의 상기 수지 펠릿 전체의 함수율을 0.5∼70중량%의 범위, 또한 상기 펠릿의 표면수분율을 10중량% 미만으로 유지하여, 압출기에 상기 펠릿을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 펠릿의 공급방법이 정량식 피더를 사용하여 압출기에 상기 펠릿을 정량공급하는 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압출기내에서의 수지의 용융온도가 90∼140℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물의 토출 직후의 함수율이 15∼30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체의 에틸렌 함유량이 3∼70 mol%의 범위이고, 또한 비누화도가 80∼100 mol%인 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 압출기로부터 토출한 후, 상기 수지를 컷하여, 함수율이 1 중량% 이하가 될 때까지 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 제 1 항에 기재된 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지의 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 수지의 컷을 용융상태에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 컷 방법이 핫 컷 방식 및 수중 컷 방식 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체를 압출기에 공급하여, 압출기내에서의 수지용융온도를 70∼170℃의 범위로 유지하고, 상기 압출기 중에서 물을 공급하거나 또는 물을 제거하여 수분량을 조정하여, 토출 직후의 함수율이 5∼40중량%인 상기 공중합체를 압출기로부터 토출한 후, 상기 수지를 컷하여, 함수율이 1중량% 이하가 될 때까지 건조함으로써 얻어진 수지 펠릿으로, 상기 수지 펠릿의 절단면을 편광현미경 (단지, 배율 600)으로 관찰하였을 때, 중심부에서 구형 결정이 관찰되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체를 압출기에 공급하여, 압출기내에서의 수지용융온도를 70∼170℃의 범위로 유지하고, 상기 압출기 중에서 물을 공급하거나 또는 물을 제거하여 수분량을 조정하여, 토출 직후의 함수율이 5∼40중량%인 상기 공중합체를 압출기로부터토출한 후, 상기 수지를 컷하여, 함수율이 1중량% 이하가 될 때까지 건조함으로써 얻어진 수지 펠릿으로, 상기 수지 펠릿을 쌓아 올렸을 때의 안식각이 23도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 수지 펠릿의 절단면을 편광현미경(단, 배율 600)으로 관찰하였을 때, 중심부에서 구형 결정이 관찰되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 펠릿 중에 카르복실산, 붕소 화합물, 인산 화합물, 알칼리 금속염 및 알칼리 토금속염 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 첨가제가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 아세트산 및 젖산 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 펠릿에 함유되는 알칼리 금속이온의 함유량이 금속환산으로 0.05 중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체의 에틸렌 함유량이 3∼70mol%의 범위이고, 또한 비누화도가 80∼100mol%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 펠릿의 수분율이 1중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 수지 펠릿을 쌓아 올렸을 때의 안식각이 23도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 펠릿 중에 카르복실산, 붕소 화합물, 인산 화합물, 알칼리 금속염 및 알칼리 토금속염 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 첨가제가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 아세트산 및 젖산 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 펠릿에 함유되는 알칼리 금속이온의 함유량이 금속환산으로 0.05중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체의 에틸렌 함유량이 3∼70mol%의 범위이고, 또한 비누화도가 80∼100mol%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 펠릿의 수분율이 1중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-비닐알콜 공중합체 수지 펠릿.
