Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 탄소를 주성분으로 하는 기판과,상기 기판상에 퇴적한 신틸레이터와,상기 신틸레이터를 피복하는 보호막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 비정질 카본에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 흑연에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 상기 신틸레이터의 사이에 광 반사막이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 광 반사막은 금속막인 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 광 반사막은 상기 신틸레이터의 굴절율보다도 낮은 굴절율을 갖는 광 투과성 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 광투과성 박막은 LiF, MgF2, CaF2, SiO2, Al2O3, Mg0, NaCl, KBr, KCl 및 AgCl로 이루어지는 그룹 중의 물질을 포함하는 재료로 이루어지는 막인 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은 또한 상기 기판을 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신틸레이터 패널.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 신틸레이터 패널의 상기 신틸레이터에 대향하여 촬상 소자를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 이미지 센서.
