Claims (3)
- 내연기관의 크랭크각을 검출하는 크랭크각 검출수단과, 내연기관의 캠각을 검출하는 캠각 검출수단과, 크랭크각에 대한 캠각의 위상차인 진각량을 연산하는 진각량 연산수단과, 내연기관의 윤활유압을 이용해서 크랭크각에 대한 캠각을 진각 또는 지각시키는 가변밸브 타이밍수단과, 상기 가변밸브 타이밍수단의 기계적 정지위치에서 크랭크각에 대한 캠각의 위상차를 학습하는 학습수단과, 상기 학습수단에 의해 학습되는 상기 위상차의 학습치와, 상기 진각량 연산수단에 의해 연산되는 상기 위상차와의 편차에 따라, 상기 가변밸브 타이밍수단을 구동하기 위한 밸브타이밍 제어량을 연산하는 밸브타이밍 제어량 연산수단을 구비해서 되고, 상기 학습수단은 내연기관의 아이들링시 이외에서, 상기 기계적 정지위치에서의 크랭크각에 대한 캠각의 위상차를 학습하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브타이밍 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가변밸브 타이밍수단은, 내연기관의 흡기밸브측에 구비되어있고, 상기 학습수단은 상기 가변밸브 타이밍수단의 상기 기계적 정지위치로서, 밸브타이밍이 최지각위치에 있을 때에, 크랭크각에 대한 흡기밸브측의 캠각의 위상차를 학습하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브타이밍 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가변밸브 타이밍수단은 내연기관의 배기밸브측에 구비되어있고, 상기 학습수단은, 상기 가변밸브 타이밍수단의 상기 기계적 정지위치로서, 밸브타이밍이 최진각위치에 있을때에 크랭크각에 대한 배기밸브측의 캠각의 위상차를 학습하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 밸브타이밍 제어장치.
