Claims (2)
- 양극과 음극 사이에 발광층을 갖는 일렉트로 루미네선스 소자와,비단결정 반도체막으로 이루어지는 능동층의 드레인이 드레인 신호선에, 상기 능동층의 채널 상측 또는 하측에 설치한 게이트 전극이 게이트 신호선에 각각 접속된 제1 박막 트랜지스터와,비단결정 반도체막으로 이루어지는 능동층의 드레인이 상기 일렉트로 루미네선스 소자의 구동 전원에, 게이트가 상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터의 소스에 각각 접속되어 서로 병렬로 접속되어 있는 복수의 박막 트랜지스터로 이루어지는 제2 박막 트랜지스터가 각 표시 화소에 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터는 2개의 박막 트랜지스터가 서로 병렬로 접속되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로 루미네선스 표시 장치.
