Claims (2)
- 전자 발광(Electro Luminescence) 표시 장치에 있어서,절연성 기판 상에 음극, 발광층 및 양극을 구비한 전자 발광 소자, 및 상기 전자 발광 소자에 신호를 공급하는 제1 박막 트랜지스터 및 제2 박막 트랜지스터를 구비한 표시 화소 영역과; 상기 표시 화소 영역의 주변에 상기 제1 및 제2 박막 트랜지스터를 구동하는 제3 박막 트랜지스터를 구비한 주변 구동 회로 영역을 포함하고,상기 음극은 상기 표시 화소 영역에는 형성되어 있고, 상기 주변 구동 회로 영역에는 형성되어 있지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극은 상기 표시 화소 영역에서는 공통으로 전면(全面)에 형성되어 있고, 상기 주변 구동 회로 영역에는 형성되어 있지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 발광 표시 장치.
