Claims (20)
- 기판, 하나 이상의 화학식 I의 염료를 포함하는 기록층 및 반사층을 포함하는 광학 기록 매체.화학식 I상기식에서,A1과 A2는 서로 각각 독립적으로 C(CH3)2, O, S, Se 또는 치환되지 않거나 C1-C5알킬 또는 벤질로 치환된 CH=CH이고,M1과 M2는 서로 각각 독립적으로 Cr3+또는 Co3+이고,L1과 L1'은 서로 각각 독립적으로 화학식II 또는III의 2가 음이온 리간드이고,L2와 L2'는 서로 각각 독립적으로 및 독립적으로 화학식IV,V 또는VI의 L1및 L1' 2가 음이온 리간드이고,m은 0.2 내지 1.0의 수이고,n은, m에 의존적인 수로서, m과 n의 합이 1.0이 되게 하는 0.0 내지 0.8의 수이고,p와 q는 서로 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고,Q는 CR15, CR15-CR16=CR17또는 CR15-CR16=CR17-CR18=CR19이고,R1과 R2는 서로 각각 독립적으로 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시, C1-C12알콕시 또는 시아노로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬 또는 C1-C12알케닐이거나, 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 R20또는 R20과 R21로 치환된 C6-C12아릴 또는 C7-C12아르알킬이고,R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13및 R14는 서로 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, 하이드록시, 아미노, NHR22, NR22R23, CONH2, CONHR22, CONR22R23, SO2C1-C12알킬, SO2NH2, SO2NHR22, SO2NR22R23, COOH, COOR24, NHCOR25, NR24COR25, NHCOOR25, NR24COOR25, 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 시아노로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬, C1-C12알킬티오 또는 C1-C12알콕시이거나,R3과 R4및/또는 R5와 R6은 함께 치환되지 않거나 R26또는 R26과 R27로 치환된 1,4-부타-1,3-디에닐렌을 형성하여 나프틸이 공유 페닐과 함께 형성되도록 하고,R15, R16, R17, R18및 R19는 서로 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C12알콕시, 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 시아노로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬, C6-C12아릴, C7-C12아르알킬 또는 NR22R23이거나,R15와 R17, R16과 R18또는 R17과 R19는 함께 각각 치환되지 않거나 R26또는 R26과 R27로 치환된 에틸렌, 에틸리덴, 프로필렌, 프로필리덴, o-페닐렌, α,2-벤질리덴 또는 1,8-나프틸리덴을 형성하고,R20과 R21은 서로 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, 하이드록시, 아미노, NHR22, NR22R23, CONH2, CONHR22, CONR22R23, SO2C1-C12알킬, SO2NH2, SO2NHR22, SO2NR22R23, COOH, COOR24, NHCOR25, NR24COR25, NHCOOR25, NR24COOR25, 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 시아노로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬, C1-C12알킬티오 또는 C1-C12알콕시이고,R22와 R23은 서로 각각 독립적으로 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 C1-C12알콕시로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬 또는 C2-C12알케닐, 또는 각각치환되지 않거나 R26또는 R26과 R27로 치환된 C6-C12아릴 또는 C7-C12아르알킬이거나,R22와 R23은 결합하는 질소원자와 함께, 각각 치환되지 않거나 1 내지 4개의 C1-C4알킬로 치환된 피롤리딘, 피페리딘, 피페라진 또는 모르폴린, 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 R26또는 R26과 R27로 치환된 카바졸, 페녹사진 또는 페노티아진을 형성하고,R24와 R25는 서로 각각 독립적으로 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 C1-C12알콕시로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬 또는 C2-C12알케닐, 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 R26또는 R26과 R27로 치환된 C6-C12아릴 또는 C7-C12아르알킬이거나,R26과 R27은 서로 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, 하이드록시, NR28R29, CONH2, CONHR28, CONR28R29, SO2C1-C12알킬, SO2NR28R29, COOH, COOR30, NHCOR31, NHCOOR31, NR30COR31, NR30COOR31또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐으로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬 또는 C1-C12알콕시이고,R28과 R29는 서로 각각 독립적으로 수소, C6-C12아릴, C7-C12아르알킬 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 C1-C12알콕시로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬 또는 C2-C12알케닐이거나,R28과 R29는 결합하는 질소원자와 함께, 각각 치환되지 않거나 1 내지 4개의 C1-C4알킬로 치환된 피롤리딘, 피페리딘, 피페라진 또는 모르폴린, 또는 카바졸, 페녹사진 또는 페노티아진을 형성하고,R30과 R31은 서로 각각 독립적으로 C6-C12아릴, C7-C12아르알킬, 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 C1-C12알콕시로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬 또는 C2-C12알케닐이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록층이, 기록층의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 하나 이상의 화학식 I의 화합물을 60중량% 이상 포함하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록층이, 필수적으로, 하나 이상의 화학식 I의 염료, 각각 기록층의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 임의로 하나 이상의 임의의 유기금속 화합물 또는 전이 금속의 금속 착물 50중량% 이하 및 임의로 하나 이상의 임의의 무색 염 20중량% 미만의 양으로 이루어진 기록 매체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 무색 염을 1중량% 이하의 양으로 포함하는 기록 매체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 기록층이 추가의 무기 염을 필수적으로 함유하지 않는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록층이 화학식 VII의 시아닌의 플루오라이드, 클로라이드, 브로마이드, 요오다이드, 퍼클로레이트, 퍼요오데이트, 카보네이트, 하이드로겐카보네이트, 설페이트, 하이드로겐설페이트, 포스페이트, 하이드로겐포스페이트, 디하이드로겐포스페이트, 헥사플루오로포스페이트, 테트라플루오로보레이트, 헥사플루오로안티몬에이트, 아세테이트, 옥살레이트, 메실레이트, 트리플레이트, 토실레이트, 메틸설페이트, 페놀레이트 또는 벤조에이트 또는, 화학식 VIII 또는 IX의 금속 아조 착물의 Li+, Na+, K+, [Mg2+]1/2, [Ca2+]1/2, 메틸암모늄, 에틸암모늄, 펜타데실암모늄, 이소프로필암모늄, 디사이클로헥실암모늄, 테트라메틸암모늄, 테트라에틸암모늄, 테트라부틸암모늄, 벤질트리메틸암모늄, 벤질트리에틸암모늄, 메틸트리옥틸암모늄, 트리도데실메틸암모늄, 테트라부틸포스포늄, 테트라페닐포스포늄, 부틸트리페닐포스포늄 또는 에틸트리페닐포스포늄염을, 기록층의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, 20중량% 미만의 양으로 포함하는 기록 매체.화학식 VII화학식 VIII화학식 IX상기식에서,A1, A2, L1, L2, L1', L2', M1, M2, Q, R1내지 R6, m 및 n은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, L2또는 L2'가 화학식 IV 또는 V의 화합물인 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, M1과 M2가 Co인 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, p와 q가 0인 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, Q가 CR15-CR16=CR17인 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1과 R2가 서로 각각 독립적으로 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 C1-C12알콕시로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬, 또는 치환되지 않거나 R20또는 R20과 R21로 치환된 C7-C12아르알킬이고, R15, R16, R17, R18및 R19가 서로 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬 또는 페닐이고, R3, R4, R5및 R6이 서로 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, 아미노, NHR22, NR22R23, CONH2, CONHR22, CONR22R23, COOH, COOR24, NHCOR25, NR24COR25, 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 시아노로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬 또는 C1-C12알콕시이거나, R3과 R4및/또는 R5와 R6이 함께 1,4-부타-1,3-디에닐렌을 형성하여 나프틸이 공유 페닐과 함께 형성되도록 하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13및 R14가 서로 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, 아미노, NHR22, NR22R23, CONH2, CONHR22, CONR22R23, SO2C1-C12알킬, SO2NH2, SO2NHR22, COOH, COOR24, NHCOR25, NR24COR25, 또는 각각 치환되지 않거나 할로겐으로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬 또는 C1-C12알콕시이고, R20과 R21이 서로 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, 아미노, NHR22, NR22R23, NHCOR25, NR24COR25, C1-C12알킬 또는 C1-C12알콕시이고, R24와 R25가 서로 각각 독립적으로 C1-C12알킬, C2-C12알케닐, C6-C12아릴 또는 C7-C12아르알킬이고, R22와 R23이 서로 각각 독립적으로 치환되지 않거나 C1-C8알콕시로 일치환 또는 다치환된 C1-C12알킬, C2-C12알케닐, C6-C12아릴 또는 C7-C12아르알킬이거나, R22와 R23이 결합하는 질소원자와 함께 피롤리딘, 피페리딘, 피페라진 또는 모르폴린을 형성하는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 2가 음이온 리간드 L1, L1', L2또는 L2'가 화학식,,또는인 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, [L1=M1=L1']-및 [L2=M2=L2']-가 구조적으로 상이하고, n이 0.2 내지 0.5인 기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복물 쪽에서 홈 깊이가 80 내지 250nm이고, 홈 폭이 0.3 내지 0.5㎛이며, 2회전 사이의 간격이 0.6 내지 0.8㎛인 나선형 가이드 홈을 갖는 기록 매체.
- 제1항에서 청구한 바와 같은 화학식 I의 화합물.
- 제1항에서 청구한 바와 같은 기록 매체를 사용함을 포함하는 정보의 광학적 기록, 저장 또는 재생 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 기록이 300 내지 800nm의 파장에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 재생이 600 내지 800nm의 파장에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 기록 및 재생이 600 내지 800nm의 동일한 파장에서 수행되는 방법.
