Description
Claims (12)
- 2중관 구조의 프로브를 킬른 배기가스 유로에 연통시키고, 이 프로브의 내관을 통해 킬른 배기가스의 일부를 기체추출함과 함께, 이 프로브의 내관과 외관과의 사이의 유체통로에 냉각기체를 공급하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각방법에 있어서 ;상기 냉각기체를 내관의 선단부 안쪽으로 안내하여 이 프로브의 선단부에 혼합급냉구역을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각기체의 유속이, 내관내의 기체추출가스의 유속보다 느린 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스냉각방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각기체의 프로브 길이 방향의 토출유속이, 내관내의 기체추출가스의 유속의 1/3∼2/3인 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각기체가, 선회류(旋回流)인 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기 가스냉각방법.
- 킬른 배기가스 유로에 연이어 통하는 2중관구조의 프로브를 구비하고, 이 프로브가 킬른 배기가스의 일부를 기체추출하는 내관과, 이 내관의 선단부로부터 돌출하는 외관과, 이 내관과 외관과의 사이에 형성되고, 냉각기체가 공급되는 유체통로를 가진 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각장치에 있어서 ;상기 냉각기체를 내관의 선단부 내쪽으로 도입하기 위한 안내수단을 설치하고, 이 프로브의 선단부에 혼합급냉구역을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단이, 선단을 향하여 점차 직경이 작아지는 외관의 선단부인 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단이, 선단을 향하여 점차 직경이 작아지는 외관의 선단부와, 내관의 선단부에 형성된 킬른 배기가스냉각공기용구멍으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기 가스 냉각장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단이, 내관의 선단부와 외관의 선단부와의 사이에 설치된 경사판과, 이 내관의 선단부에 설치된 킬른 배기가스냉각공기용 구멍으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 경사판이, 프로브선단 보호용 공기구멍을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 외관의 선단부가, 프로브선단 보호용 냉각수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 프로브선단 보호용 냉각수단이, 링형상의 수냉관인 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 프로브의 길이(PL)/프로브의 내경(12L)의 값이, 2.0이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 킬른 바이패스에 있어서의 배기가스 냉각장치.
