Claims (9)

1. Anlæg til fremstilling af cement, hvilket anlæg omfatter en cyklonforvarmer (1) for forvarmning af cementråmaterialer, en kalcinator (3) for kalcinering af forvarmede cementråmaterialer, en ovn (5) til brænding af cementklinker, samt midler (12) til fjernelse af flygtige komponenter, så som klor, alkali og svovl, fra cementfremstillingsanlægget, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste en del af midlerne (12) til fjernelse af flygtige komponenter fra anlægget er anbragt efter kalcinatoren (3) set i gassens bevægelsesretning.
2. Anlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne (12) er anbragt før det sted (19), hvor forvarmet råmateriale fra forvarmeren indføres i gassen.
3. Anlæg ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne (12) omfatter et kondenseringslegeme (21), der er indrettet til med en temperatur, der er lavere end de flygtige komponenters kondenseringstemperatur, at blive ført ind i og ud fra gassen.
4. Anlæg ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at kondenseringslegemet (21) omfatter en eller flere skiver (21), der delvist rager ind i gassen og delvist befinder sig uden for gassen, og som er indrettet til at rotere om deres centerlinie (22).
5. Anlæg ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne (12) omfatter midler til aktiv køling af kondenseringslegemet (21).
6. Anlæg ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne til aktiv køling af kondenseringslegemet (21) omfatter midler til afkøling af kondenseringslegemets overflade ved hjælp af luft, vand eller et andet kølemiddel, og/eller kølekanaler tilvejebragt i kondenseringslegemet (21) for cirkulation af kølemiddel.
7. Anlæg ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne (12) omfatter et bypass omfattende et blandekammer (13) for udtrækning og nedkøling af en del af gassen fra kalcinatoren (3), en udskillecyklon (14) for udskillelse af grove faststofpartikler fra den nedkølede gas, som ledes bort fra blandekammeret (13), et køletårn (15) for yderligere nedkøling af gassen, et filter (16) til udskillelse af støv med et højt indhold af klor, alkali og/eller svovl, samt en ventilator (17) til at trække gassen gennem nævnte bypass.
8. Anlæg ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at blandekammeret (13) omfatter et rørformet hus, der i sin ene ende er tilvejebragt med et indløb for gas fra kalcinatoren (3) og i sin anden ende er tilvejebragt med et udløb for afkølet gas, samt et tangentielt indløb (18) for indføring af kølegas i blandekammeret (13).
9. Anlæg ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at omfatte en cyklon (11), der er anbragt mellem kalcinatoren (3) og nævnte midler (12).
