Claims (10)
- (메타)아크릴산의 제조 공정 동안 (메타)아크릴산 제조를 위해 설비된 제조 장치 내의 (메타)아크릴산의 통로 표면에 형성되는 폴리머와 침전물과 같은 고체 물질을 제거하기 위하여, 상기 (메타)아크릴산의 제조를 중단하였을 때 염기성 용액으로 상기 제조 장치를 세척하는 단계 및 이어서 용매로 린스하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메타)아크릴산의 제조방법.
- (메타)아크릴 에스테르의 제조 공정 동안 (메타)아크릴 에스테르의 제조를 위해 설비된 제조 장치 내의 (메타)아크릴 에스테르의 통로 표면에 형성된 폴리머와 침전물과 같은 고체 물질을 제거하기 위하여, 상기 (메타)아크릴산의 제조를 중단하였을 때 용매로 상기 제조 장치를 예비 세척하는 단계, 염기성 용액으로 세척하는 단계 및 이어서 용매로 린스하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메타)아크릴 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 용액에 의한 세척 단계에 앞서 용매로 예비 세척하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메타)아크릴산의 제조방법
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 용액이 알칼리 금속의 산화물, 수산화물, 탄산염 및 탄산수소염과 알칼리 토금속의 산화물 및 수산화물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 린스 단계 및 예비 세척 단계에 사용되는 용매가 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 용매에 의한 세척 단계 다음의 린스 단계가 폐수의 pH가 9(50℃) 이하가 될 때까지 계속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 용매에 의한 세척 단계 다음의 린스 단계가 폐수내 알칼리 금속과 알칼리 토금속의 총 함량이 50mg/ℓ 이하가 될 때까지 계속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 린스 단계에 사용된 물의 전기전도도가 10mS/m 이하 인것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 증류 컬럼, 흡수 컬럼 및 스트리핑 컬럼으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, 상기 장치에 부착된 부속 장치 및/또는 이들 사이의 파이프를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기성 용액에 의한 세척 단계 및/또는 용매에 의한 린스 단계가 감압하에 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
