Description
3.8mの直径および32mの長さを有する棚段塔(材料:規格DIN EN 10020に相応する材料番号1.4571を有する特殊鋼)内で、次に記載された組成の液体(流入量=114トン/h)から塔の供給導管を介してアクリル酸を精留して分離した。
アクリル酸 17質量%、
水 0.02質量%、
アクロレイン 0.0015質量%、
アクリルアクリレート 0.0015質量%、
フルフラール 0.01質量%、
酢酸 0.027質量%、
ベンズアルデヒド 0.2質量%、
プロピオン酸 0.003質量%、
無水マレイン酸 0.032質量%、
ジフィル 58質量%、
ジメチルフタレート 17.0質量%、
アクリロイルプロピオン酸 3質量%および
フェノチアジン 0.02質量%。
例1の場合と同様に実施した。水洗浄の後、精留塔を検査した。側方の取出し口の下方の範囲内には、ポリマー約200kgが存在した。ポリマーは、棚段上(約50%)ならびに棚段の下側(約50%)に付着していた。
Claims (5)
- (メタ)アクリル酸および/またはそのエステルを含有する液体を精留処理するために使用された棚段塔を、棚段塔内で上方から下向きに塩基性液体を供給することにより清浄化する方法において、塩基性液体と対向流でガスを、清浄化の間に塔内に存在する棚段の数によって分割された、棚段塔の最下の棚段の直ぐ下方の気相中の圧力と棚段塔の最上の棚段の直ぐ上方の気相中の圧力との差が棚段1個当たり0.5〜5ミリバールであるように棚段塔に導通させることを特徴とする、(メタ)アクリル酸および/またはそのエステルを含有する液体を精留処理するために使用された棚段塔を清浄化する方法。
- 清浄化の間に塔内に存在する棚段の数によって分割された、棚段塔の最下の棚段の直ぐ下方の気相中の圧力と棚段塔の最上の棚段の直ぐ上方の気相中の圧力との差が棚段1個当たり1〜5ミリバールである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 清浄化の間に塔内に存在する棚段の数によって分割された、棚段塔の最下の棚段の直ぐ下方の気相中の圧力と棚段塔の最上の棚段の直ぐ上方の気相中の圧力との差が棚段1個当たり2〜4ミリバールである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 塩基性液体として水酸化ナトリウムの水溶液を使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 塩基性液体と対向流で棚段塔を貫流するガスは、空気である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
