Description
Claims (10)
- 액정 표시 패널에 있어서,소정의 갭을 사이에 두고 서로 대향되어 있으며 적어도 하나는 투명한 한 쌍의 기판;상기 한 쌍의 기판의 대향하는 내부면 중 하나의 내부면 또는 양 내부면 상에 형성되는 전극 그룹;액정의 분자 배향을 소정 방향으로 배열하며, 상기 한 쌍의 기판의 각각의 내부면 상에 증착되는 배향 제어층;액정 주입구를 제외하고 상기 한 쌍의 기판의 주변을 서로 접합하는 밀봉재;상기 액정의 주입후에 상기 액정 주입구를 밀봉하고 상기 갭 내의 상기 액정을 기밀 밀봉하는 단부 밀봉재; 및상기 한 쌍의 기판중 적어도 하나의 표면 상에 적층되는 편광판을 포함하며, 상기 단부 밀봉재는 수지로 이루어지며, 이러한 수지는 평균 입자 크기가 0.1 ㎛ 내지 3.5 ㎛인 입자를 1 체적% 내지 30 체적%의 범위로 함유하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부 밀봉재의 수지는 1 체적% 내지 10 체적%만큼 입자를 함유하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 200 ㎚ 내지 500 ㎚의 파장의 광에 대해 적어도 1% 이상의 투과율을 갖는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부 밀봉재의 수지는 상이한 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 적어도 2 종류의 입자를 포함하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 경질의 수지 및 유리로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료로 형성되는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 실리카 커플링제로 처리되는 액정 표시 패널.
- 액정 표시 패널에 있어서,소정의 갭을 사이에 두고 서로 대향되어 있으며 적어도 하나는 투명한 한 쌍의 기판;상기 한 쌍의 기판의 대향하는 내부면 중 하나의 내부면 또는 양 내부면 상에 형성되는 전극 그룹;액정의 분자 배향을 소정 방향으로 배열하며, 상기 한 쌍의 기판의 각각의 내부면 상에 증착되는 배향 제어층;액정 주입구를 제외하고 상기 한 쌍의 기판의 주변을 서로 접합하는 밀봉재;상기 액정의 주입후에 상기 액정 주입구를 밀봉하고 상기 갭 내의 상기 액정을 기밀 밀봉하는 단부 밀봉재; 및상기 한 쌍의 기판중 적어도 하나의 표면 상에 적층되는 편광판을 포함하며, 상기 단부 밀봉재는 상기 액정 주입구의 외측 영역에서 갭보다 큰 입자를 포함하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 SiO2, 경질의 수지 및 유리로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료로 형성되는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 실리카 커플링제로 처리되는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 SiO2, 경질의 수지 및 유리로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료로 형성되며, 실리카 커플링제로 처리되는 액정 표시 패널.
