Claims (9)
- 불소함유수중의 불소를 탄산칼슘과 반응시켜 불화칼슘으로서 고정하기 위해 불소함유수를 탄산칼슘과 접촉시켜 불소함유수를 처리하는 방법으로서, 탄산칼슘입자를 불소함유수에 첨가하고, 상기 혼합물을 분리막 장치를 통과 순환시키면서, 불소제거처리수를 분리막장치를 통하여 인출하여 탄산칼슘에서 불화칼슘으로 변화시키는 계로 불소함유수를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유수 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분리막장치가 횡류형 분리막장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,탄산칼슘을 거의 완전히 불화칼슘으로 변환하여 불화칼슘을 불소원으로서 재사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 불소함유수 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기순환계를 상기 분리막장치를 통하여 혼합물을 순한시키는 복수의 유니트로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유수 처리방법.
- 불소함유수중의 불소를 칼슘염과 반응시켜 불화칼슘으로 고정하기 위해서 반응조내에서 불소함유수를 칼슘염과 접촉시킨후, 고/액분리하여 처리수를 제거하는 방법으로서, 고/액분리를 여과, 원심분리, 증기응축, 부양분리법 중에서 선택한 방법으로 고액분리를 행하고, 고/액분리에 의해서 농축된 슬러지의 일부를 반응조로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유수 처리방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,무기 또는 유기 응집제를 사용하지 않고 반응조에서 불소함유수를 칼슘염과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유수 처리방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,pH를 반응후 고/액분리전에 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유수 처리방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,슬러지를 회수하면서 반응조로 회수된 슬러지에 칼슘을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유수 처리방법.
- 회수된 슬러지의 양은 발생된 슬러지 총량의 10∼40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유수 처리방법.
