Claims (10)
- 불소함유수중의 불소를 탄산칼슘과 반응시켜 불화칼슘으로서 고정하기 위해 불소함유수를 탄산칼슘과 접촉시켜 불소함유수를 처리하는 방법으로서, 탄산칼슘입자를 불소함유수에 첨가하고, 상기 혼합물을 분리막 장치(5)를 통과 순환시키면서, 불소제거처리수를 분리막장치(5)를 통하여 인출하고 순환계로 불소함유수를 공급하여 탄산칼슘을 불화칼슘으로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유수 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분리막장치(5)가 횡류형 분리막장치(44)인 것을 특징으로 하는 불소함유 처리방법.

- 불소 함유수를 탄산칼슘에 접촉시킴으로써 불소 함유수 내의 불소를 탄산칼슘과 반응시켜 불화칼슘으로 고정시키는 불소 함유수 처리방법에 있어서,순환 조(3,6), 분리막 장치(5,8) 및 순환도관(13,14)을 구비하는 순환계를 거쳐 정체없이 탄산칼슘을 함유하는 불소 함유수를 순환시킴으로써 불소와 탄산칼슘을 반응시켜 불화칼슘과 잔류 탄산칼슘을 함유하는 불소 함유수를 형성하는 단계와,미처리의 불소 함유수를 순환조(3,6)에 공급하면서, 탄산칼슘을 함유하는 불소 함유수를 분리막에 통과시키고 잔류 탄산칼슘을 함유하는 잔류 불소 함유수를 분리막으로부터 순환도관(13,14)을 거쳐 순환 조(3,6)로 되돌아오게 재순환시킴으로써 불소제거처리수를 제거하는 단계와,탄산칼슘을 함유하는 불소 함유수의 순환, 미처리의 불소 함유수의 공급, 불소제거 처리수의 제거 및 잔류 불소 함유수의 재순환을 계속 진행시킴으로써, 탄산칼슘을 불화칼슘으로 변화시켜 불소제거처리수를 생성하는 단계로 실질적으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 불소 함유수 처리 방법.
