Claims (7)
- 불소 함유 폐액에 칼슘염과 철염을 첨가한 후에, 그 폐액을 크로스 플로우 방식에 의해 여과 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소 함유 폐액의 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 칼슘염의 첨가에 의해 그 폐액 중의 불소를 불용화한 후에, 상기 철염의 첨가에 의해 그 불용화한 불소를 응집시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소 함유 폐액의 처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 철염으로서, 황산제1철, 황산제2철, 염화제2철, 염소화녹반, [Fe2(0H)n(S04)3-n/2]m(여기서, m과 n은 양의 정수임)의 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소 함유 폐액의 처리 방법.
- 불소 함유 폐액에 대하여 칼슘염을 공급하는 칼슘염 공급부와, 상기 폐액에 대하여 철염을 공급하는 무기 응집제 공급부와, 상기 칼슘염 및 철염을 첨가한 상기 폐액을 크로스 플로우 방식에 의해 여과하는 여과부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소 함유 폐액의 처리 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 칼슘염 및 철염은 상기 불소 함유 폐액이 공급되는 공통의 응집조내로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소 함유 폐액의 처리 장치.
- 삭제
- 불소 함유 폐액에 칼슘염을 첨가하여 불화칼슘을 함유하는 미소 입자를 형성하고, 상기 미소 입자를 함유하는 폐액에 무기 응집제(여기서, 무기 응집제는 황산제1철, 황산제2철, 염화제2철, 염소화녹반 및 [Fe2(0H)n(S04)3-n/2]m(여기서, m과 n은 양의 정수임)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택한 철염임)를 첨가하여 불화칼슘을 조응집하고, 그 폐액의 pH를 7~10으로 조정한 다음에, 크로스 플로우 여과 방식에 의해 그 폐액을 여과하여 불화칼슘을 여과막상에 선택적으로 축적하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 공정중에 배출되는 불소 함유 폐액의 처리 방법.
