Claims (13)
- 수분 보존력을 갖고, 함수량이 50중량% 이하이며, 50℃ 이하의 물에 불용성인 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수 흡수성(또는 수 팽윤성)인 동시에 수 불용성이고, 물을 흡수하거나 물에 의해 팽윤될 때, 실질적으로 이의 형상을 유지할 수 있는 시트상 재료를 포함하는 층(흡수성 층)으로 이루어지는 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수 흡수성(또는 수 팽윤성)인 동시에 수 불용성이고, 물을 흡수하거나 물에 의해 팽윤될 때, 실질적으로 이의 형상을 유지할 수 있는 시트상 재료가, 수용성 중합체의 가교물, 전분계 흡수성 중합체, 셀룰로스계 흡수성 중합체, 아크릴계 흡수성 중합체, 무수 말레산계 공중합체, 비닐피롤리돈계 공중합체, 폴리에테르계 흡수성 중합체, 아크릴 섬유 가수분해물 및 기타의 흡수성 중합체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체가, 폴리비닐 알콜(PVA), 변성 PVA, 셀룰로스 유도체, 전분 및 이의 유도체, 셀룰로스 유도체 및 전분 이외의 다당류, 아크릴산 및 이의 유도체, 폴리에테르 및 단백질로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균 두께가 0.01 내지 4㎜인 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체 층과 다공질 매트릭스 층을 포함하는 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체의 4중량% 수용액의 점도(20℃)가 10 내지 80cps인 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체가 폴리비닐 알콜(PVA), 변성 PVA, 셀룰로스 유도체, 전분 및 이의 유도체, 셀룰로스 유도체, 전분 및 이의 유도체 이외의 다당류, 아크릴산 및 이의 유도체, 폴리에테르 및 단백질로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 다공질 매트릭스 층을 형성하기 위한 재료가 합성 섬유, 반합성 섬유, 천연 섬유 및 무기 섬유로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상으로 형성된 편직포, 부직포, 다공질 필름, 스폰지상 재료 및 다공질 세라믹으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공질 매트릭스 층의 수분 보존량이 15 내지 200mg/㎠이고, 면적당 중량이 10 내지 200g/㎡이고, 밀도가 3 내지 600kg/㎥인 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제6항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체 층의 면적당 중량이 다공질 매트릭스 층의 면적당 중량의 0.5 내지 4배인 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강층을 포함하는 미생물 배양 기재.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 미생물 배양 기재에 1종 이상의 영양 성분을 함유시킨 미생물 배지.
