Claims (8)
- 입자상 중합체 및 물을 포함하는 비수계 이차전지용 바인더로서,
상기 입자상 중합체는 산기 함유 단량체 단위를 20 질량% 이상 30 질량% 이하 포함하며,
상기 입자상 중합체의 pH 5에 있어서의 수계 매체에 대한 팽윤도가 2배 미만이고, 또한
상기 입자상 중합체의 pH 8에 있어서의 수계 매체에 대한 팽윤도가 2배 이상 7배 이하이며,
여기서, 상기 입자상 중합체의 pH 5에 있어서의 수계 매체에 대한 팽윤도는, 입자상 중합체의 수분산액을 25℃에서 5일간 건조시켜 1cm×1cm의 바인더 필름(두께 500㎛)을 얻어 중량 M0를 측정하고, 그 필름을 pH 5의 염화수소 수용액에 60℃, 72시간 침지한 후 필름 표면의 염화수소 수용액을 닦아내고 중량 M1을 측정하여, pH 5에 있어서의 수계 매체에 대한 팽윤도=M1/M0으로 산출된 값이고,
상기 입자상 중합체의 pH 8에 있어서의 수계 매체에 대한 팽윤도는, 입자상 중합체의 수분산액을 25℃에서 5일간 건조시켜 1cm×1cm의 바인더 필름(두께 500㎛) 얻어 중량 M0를 측정하고, 그 필름을 pH 8의 수산화나트륨 수용액에 60℃, 72시간 침지한 후 필름 표면의 수산화나트륨 수용액을 닦아내고 중량 M2를 측정하여, pH 8에 있어서의 수계 매체에 대한 팽윤도=M2/M0으로 산출된 값인 것을 특징으로 하는, 비수계 이차전지용 바인더. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 입자상 중합체는 지방족 공액 디엔 단량체 단위 및 방향족 비닐 단량체 단위의 적어도 한쪽을 포함하고, 상기 지방족 공액 디엔 단량체 단위의 함유 비율 및 상기 방향족 비닐 단량체 단위의 함유 비율의 합계가 10 질량% 이상 90 질량% 이하인, 비수계 이차전지용 바인더. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 입자상 중합체는 지방족 공액 디엔 단량체 단위를 10 질량% 이상 60 질량% 이하 포함하는, 비수계 이차전지용 바인더. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 입자상 중합체는 방향족 비닐 단량체 단위를 10 질량% 이상 60 질량% 이하 포함하는, 비수계 이차전지용 바인더. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비수계 이차전지용 바인더 및 비도전성 입자를 포함하고, 또한 pH가 7 초과인, 비수계 이차전지 기능층용 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 비수계 이차전지 기능층용 조성물을 사용하여 형성되는, 비수계 이차전지용 기능층.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 비수계 이차전지용 기능층을 구비하는 비수계 이차전지.
