Abstract
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 유압 클러치의 클러치 피스톤에 일체로 설치되고 유압실측(S1)을 향한 시일 립(62)을 가지며, 상기 시일 립(62)은, 상대 슬라이딩면과의 슬라이딩부에, 유압실(S1)측의 메인 시일 에지부(62a)와, 반(反)유압실(S2)측의 서브 시일 에지부(62b)가 형성되며, 이들 메인 시일 에지부(62a) 및 서브 시일 에지부(62b)는, 미장착 상태에서는 유압실(S1)측의 경사면의 각도(α1, α2)가 반(反)유압실(S2)측의 경사면의 각도(β1, β2)보다 작고, 장착 상태에서는 상대 슬라이딩면에 대한 유압실(S1)측의 경사면의 각도(α1', α2')와 반(反)유압실(S2)측의 경사면의 각도(β1', β2')가 거의 동등하다.

도 3은, 본 발명에 따른 피스톤 일체형 시일의 바람직한 실시형태의 주요부에 있어서의 미장착 상태와 장착 상태에서의 경사면 각도를 나타낸 설명도이다.
도 4는, 종래의 피스톤 일체형 시일을, 유압 클러치의 일부와 함께 축심(O)을 지나는 평면으로 절단하여 나타낸 일측 단면도이다.

Claims (3)
- 유압(油壓) 클러치의 클러치 피스톤에 일체로 설치되고 유압실측을 향한 시일 립을 갖고, 상기 시일 립은, 상대 슬라이딩면과의 슬라이딩부에, 유압실측의 메인 시일 에지부(main seal edge portion)와, 반(反)유압실측의 서브 시일 에지부(sub seal edge portion)가 형성되며,
상기 메인 시일 에지부는 상기 유압실측의 제1 경사면과 상기 반유압실측의 제2 경사면을 갖고, 미장착 상태에서는 상기 제1 경사면의 각도(α1)가 상기 제2 경사면의 각도(β1)보다 작으며, 장착 상태에서는 상기 상대 슬라이딩면에 대한 상기 제1 경사면의 각도(α1')와 상기 상대 슬라이딩면에 대한 상기 제2 경사면의 각도(β1')가 거의 동등하게 되어 있고,
상기 서브 시일 에지부는 상기 유압실측의 제3 경사면과 상기 반유압실측의 제4 경사면을 갖고, 미장착 상태에서는 상기 제3 경사면의 각도(α2)가 상기 제4 경사면의 각도(β2)보다 작으며, 장착 상태에서는 상기 상대 슬라이딩면에 대한 상기 제3 경사면의 각도(α2')와 상기 상대 슬라이딩면에 대한 상기 제4 경사면의 각도(β2')가 거의 동등하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 일체형 시일. - 제 1항에 있어서,
메인 시일 에지부보다 서브 시일 에지부의 체결 여유가 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 일체형 시일. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
서브 시일 에지부가 시일 립의 유압실측 베이스부(基部) 표면보다 반(反)유압실측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 일체형 시일.
