Abstract
[해결 수단] 경질 수지 중에 불소계 수지가 분산된 수지 조성물에 있어서, 불소계 수지의 최대 입경을 950 ㎚ 이하, 평균 입경을 100 ㎚∼450 ㎚로 조정한다. 경질 수지로서는, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리페닐렌술파이드, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리아미드이미드, 불화비닐리덴, 액정 폴리머 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 불소계 수지로서는, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌이 바람직하다.

도 3은 미끄럼 이동 부재 중에 분산되는 PTFE 입자의 평균 입경과 오일 중에서의 마찰계수(μ)의 관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (5)
- 경질 수지 중에 불소계 수지가 분산된 수지 조성물을 포함하는 미끄럼 이동 부분을 갖는 시일 링으로서, 상기 경질 수지가 폴리에테르에테르케톤이며, 상기 경질 수지 중에 추가로 탄소 섬유가 분산되어 있고, 상기 불소계 수지의 최대 입경이 950 ㎚ 이하이고, 또한 평균 입경이 240 ㎚∼350 ㎚이며, 상기 탄소 섬유는 상기 불소계 수지로 이루어지는 입자 층으로 덮여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 수지는, 종횡비가 1.0 이상 1.1 미만인 제1 입자 및 종횡비가 1.1 이상 3.5 이하인 제2 입자를 포함하고, 상기 수지 조성물 중의 상기 불소계 수지가 차지하는 면적을 100으로 하여, 상기 제1 입자가 차지하는 면적이 10∼90인 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 링.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소계 수지가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 시일 링.
