Abstract
축차해석 제어부(110), 사전해석 제어부(120), 보정값 산출부(130), 변화량 산출부(140) 및 모드 전환부(150)를 구비하고, 공작기계(M)의 구성 부분에서 발생하는 열변위량에 근거하여 보정된 가공 프로그램을 실행하여 공작기계(M)를 동작시켜, 작업(W)에 대한 고정밀도인 가공을 실현하는 공작기계용 제어장치(100)이다.

Claims (4)
- 작업의 가공 프로그램을 1행씩 읽어 실행하는 축차해석 제어수단, 상기 가공 프로그램을 미리 일괄적으로 해독하고 미리 정해진 형식으로 변환하여 실행하는 사전해석 제어수단, 상기 가공 프로그램을 실행할 때의 보정량을 순차 산출하는 보정량 산출수단을 구비하고, 상기 보정량 산출수단에 의해서 산출된 보정량에 근거하여, 상기 가공 프로그램을 실행하고, 공작기계의 동작을 제어하는 공작기계용 제어장치에 있어서,
상기 보정량의 변화량을 순차 산출하는 변화량 산출수단, 상기 사전해석 제어수단과 축차해석 제어수단을 상호 전환하는 모드 전환수단을 구비하고, 상기 모드 전환수단은 상기 변화량이 미리 정해진 소정의 범위 내일 경우에 상기 사전해석 제어수단을 작동시키고, 상기 변화량이 상기 범위 밖일 경우에 상기 축차해석 제어수단을 작동하도록 구성되고, 상기 사전해석 제어수단은, 상기 변화량이 소정 범위 내가 되는 보정량에 근거하여 상기 변환을 실행하고, 사전해석 제어수단이 진행되는 동안, 재변환을 실행하지 않도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 보정량 산출수단은, 공작기계의 열변위에 따른 열변위 보정량을 산출하는 공작기계용 제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 모드 전환수단은, 사전해석 제어수단과 축차해석 제어수단을 1가공 사이클 개시시에 전환하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 모드 전환수단은 상기 축차해석 제어수단에서 사전해석 제어수단으로 전환된 후, 미리 정해진 소정 시간 내에, 상기 사전해석 제어수단에서 축차해석 제어수단으로 전환된 경우에, 축차해석 제어수단을 미리 정해진 소정의 축차해석 실행시간 계속하여 작동시키는 축차해석 계속작동수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 제어장치.
