Claims (16)
- 열가소성 수지와 레이저광 투과 흡수제로서의 니그로신을 함유함으로써 흡광도 a를 0.07 내지 2.0으로 하는 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재(laser-transmissible-absorptive molded workpiece)가 단일개로 구부러져서 적어도 일부분을 포갠 채 또는 복수개로 각각의 적어도 일부분에서 포개진 채, 그곳에 조사된 레이저광의 일부를 흡수하고 해당 레이저광의 나머지 일부를 투과하는 것에 의한 발열로 용착되어 있고,상기 흡광도 a는 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재의 두께가 1㎜인 경우의 흡광도로 환산한 수치로서,상기 단일 또는 복수개인 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재가 포개어져 용착되는 부위 중 한쪽의 성형부재의 흡광도 a1과, 다른 쪽 성형부재의 흡광도 a2와의 비 a1/a2를 1로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재는 상기 단일개로, 적어도 그 단부에서 상기 일부분을 서로 함께 포갠 채 상기 용착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재는 상기 복수개로, 적어도 그 단부에서 상기 일부분을 서로 함께 포갠 채 상기 용착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리아마이드 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 수지, 폴리뷰틸렌 테레프탈레이트 수지 및 폴리프로필렌 수지로부터 선택된 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재는 흡광도 a를 0.07 내지 0.8로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리아마이드 수지이며, 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재는 상기 흡광도 a를 0.1 내지 2.0으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리카보네이트 수지이며, 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재는 상기 흡광도 a를 0.1 내지 1.8로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리프로필렌 수지이며, 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재는 상기 흡광도 a를 0.1 내지 0.9로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재는 복수개이며, 한쪽의 해당 부재의 레이저광 투과 흡수제의 농도 C1(중량%) 및 그것의 두께 L1(㎝)의 곱 C1L1과, 다른 쪽의 해당 부재의 레이저광 투과 흡수제의 농도 C2(중량%) 및 그것의 두께 L2(㎝)의 곱 C2L2와의 적어도 한쪽을 0.01×10-3 내지 4.0×10-3으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레이저광 투과 흡수성 성형부재는 단일 또는 복수개이며, 그 두께를 200 내지 5000㎛로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 용착체.
