Claims (4)
- 流体が流入される流入口が形成された樹脂製の第一容器部と、
前記第一容器部に接合されて前記第一容器部との間に内部空間を形成し、前記流入口から流入された流体が排出される排出口が形成された樹脂製の第二容器部と、
前記第一容器部の接合面と前記第二容器部の接合面との間に挟み込まれたメッシュ部材と、
を有する容器であって、
前記第一容器部の前記第二容器部と接合される接合部の接合面は、略平面状に形成されており、
前記第二容器部の前記第一容器部と接合される接合部の接合面は、略平面状に形成されており、
前記メッシュ部材は、前記第一容器部の接合面と前記第二容器部の接合面とに挟み込まれており、
前記第一容器部の接合面と前記第二容器部の接合面とが、前記メッシュ部材の外側において前記第一容器部の接合面と前記第二容器部の接合面との隙間に形成されている溶着部により溶着されており、
前記第一容器部を形成する樹脂は、レーザー光が照射されると、レーザー光を熱に変換する物質を含み、
前記第二容器部を形成する樹脂は、レーザー光が照射されると、レーザー光を熱に変換する物質を含む、
容器。 - 前記第一容器部の接合面と前記第二容器部の接合面とが、前記メッシュ部材の外側において前記メッシュ部材の全周縁に沿って連続的に溶着されている、

前記第一容器部に接合されて前記流入口から流入された流体が排出される排出口が形成された樹脂製の第二容器部と、
前記第一容器部の接合面と前記第二容器部の接合面との間に挟み込まれたメッシュ部材と、
を有する容器の製造方法であって、
前記第一容器部を形成する樹脂は、レーザー光が照射されると、レーザー光を熱に変換する物質を含み、
前記第二容器部を形成する樹脂は、レーザー光が照射されると、レーザー光を熱に変換する物質を含み、
前記第一容器部の前記第二容器部と接合される接合部の接合面は、略平面状に形成されており、
前記第二容器部の前記第一容器部と接合される接合部の接合面は、略平面状に形成されており、
前記第一容器部の接合面と前記第二容器部の接合面との間に前記メッシュ部材を挟み込ませ、前記メッシュ部材の外側において、前記第一容器部の接合面と前記第二容器部の接合面との隙間に溶着部が形成されるように前記第一容器部の接合面と前記第二容器部の接合面とをレーザー溶着する、
