Abstract
【解決手段】固液分離を行う膜シート10と該膜シート10を支持する支持板20とを重ね合わせ、互いの接合部にレーザ24を照射することによって、膜シート10と支持板20を溶着する平膜エレメントの製造方法において、膜シート10が無機系の素材を含有している場合に、支持板20をレーザ透過性の材料で構成するとともに、レーザ24を支持板20の側から接合部に向けて照射する。

Description
また、前記平膜エレメントが前記支持板の両面に前記膜シートを張り付ける構成である場合には、前記支持板の一面に第1の膜シートを溶着した後に、前記支持板の他面に張り付ける第2の膜シートを支持板との接合部が前記第1の膜シートの端部よりも外側になるように配置し、前記第2の膜シートを溶着することが望ましい。
Claims (3)
- 固液分離を行う膜シートと該膜シートを支持する支持板とを重ね合わせ、互いの接合部にレーザを照射することによって、前記膜シートと支持板を溶着する平膜エレメントの製造方法において、前記支持板をレーザ透過性の材料で構成するとともに、前記レーザを前記支持板の側から前記接合部に向けて照射することを特徴とする平膜エレメントの製造方法。
- 前記接合部にレーザ吸収性を有する溶着剤を介在させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平膜エレメントの製造方法。
- 前記平膜エレメントが前記支持板の両面に前記膜シートを張り付ける構成であり、前記支持板の一面に第1の膜シートを溶着した後に、前記支持板の他面に張り付ける第2の膜シートを支持板との接合部が前記第1の膜シートの端部よりも外側になるように配置し、前記第2の膜シートを溶着することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の平膜エレメントの製造方法。
