Claims (11)

1. Filtereinheit mit einer Laserstrahlschweißverbindung, im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einem Filtergehäuse mit einem Gehäuseoberteil und einem Gehäuseunterteil, die durch La­ serstrahlschweißen fest und nach außen dicht abschließend miteinander verbunden sind, und einem Filterelement, das zwischen den Gehäuseteilen angeordnet ist, so dass ein obe­ rer Filtrierraum von einem unteren Filtratraum getrennt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Gehäuseteil (2, 2') in das untere Gehäuseteil (4, 4') eingefügt ist, der­ art, dass das Filterelement (6) in einem umlaufenden Fil­ terelementrandbereich (13) einerseits an einer Auflageflä­ che (18) des oberen Gehäuseteils (2, 2') und andererseits an einer Auflagefläche (17) des unteren Gehäuseteils (4, 4') anliegt, und dass die ineinandergefügten Gehäuseteile unter Bildung einer Quetschnaht (12) zwischen der Auflage­ fläche (18) des oberen Gehäuseteils (2, 2') und dem Filter­ elementrandbereich (13) miteinander verpresst sind, so dass die Quetschnaht (12) in dem Filterelementrandbereich (13) den Filtrierraum (3) gegenüber dem Filtratraum (5) dicht abschließt, und dass die Laserstrahlschweißverbindung als eine innere umlaufende Laserstrahlschweißnaht (10), zwi­ schen einem äußeren Rand (8, 15) des oberen Gehäuseteils (2, 2')und einem inneren Rand (9, 16) des unteren Gehäuse­ teils (4, 4'), ausgebildet ist.
2. Filtereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseteile (2', 4') als formschlüssige Fügepart­ ner ausgebildet sind.
3. Filtereinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder (15, 16) der als formschlüssige Fügepartner ausgebildeten Gehäuseteile (2', 4') als zueinander komple­ mentäre, umlaufende kegelstumpfförmige Randbereiche ausge­ bildet sind.
4. Filtereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseteile (2, 2', 4, 4') aus mindestens einem Material bestehen.
5. Filtereinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material ein Kunststoff ist.
6. Filtereinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material Polypropylen ist.
7. Filtereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass höchstens ein Gehäuseteil (4, 4') aus für Laserlicht transparentem Material besteht.
8. Filtereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Gehäuseteil (2, 2') aus für Laserlicht opakem Material besteht.
9. Filtereinheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material durch Laserlicht schmelzbar ist.
10. Filtereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 9, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass das obere Gehäuseteil (2, 2') zumindest im Bereich der Laserstrahlschweißnaht (10) aus dem opaken und laserstrahlschmelzbaren Material, und das untere, das obere Gehäuseteil (2, 2') in dem Bereich der Laserstrahl­ schweißnaht (10) umschließende Gehäuseteil (4, 4'), aus dem transparenten Material besteht.
11. Filtereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass die beiden Gehäuseteile (2, 2', 4, 4') aus dem opaken und laserstrahlschmelzbarem Material beste­ hen und das Material eine der Lage einer Fügezone (21) ent­ sprechende und mit der Wellenlänge und der Strahlungsdichte eines Laserstrahls (11) abgestimmte Laserstrahleindringtie­ fe aufweist.
